Sehun had a light smile on him. "Mmm."

"He is still silly like he was before and he said he didn't recognize me. How is he so annoying?" Nancy leaned against her brother's legs. "I thought I would be single for life if I can't marry him but he already has a wife now."

Sehun listened to his sister attentively.

"That woman can approach Jungkook and even touch him." Nancy complained. "She isn't even as pretty as I am. Jungkook needs to have his eyes checked."

Sehun shook his head helplessly. His sister has a flaw – she only liked good-looking people.

"I thought I will be very sad when I saw that Jungkook married someone else." Nancy sniffled, "But I didn't Big Brother. I am sorry."

If she hadn't been such a spoil brat, her brother would not be wheelchair-bound from saving Jungkook.

"I should be the one who is handicapped." Nancy regretted deeply. It was all her fault that her brother was wheelchair-bound for life. Her brother was such an outstanding man.

If it wasn't for her, her brother would be the brightest star at school and at the office.

That's why her mother held grudges against her. It only made sense why she didn't want to have her around.

Sehun patted her on her head. "Don't feel bad. Saving Jungkook was my own decision. I will live up to the consequences."

"No, it was my fault." Nancy's eyes reddened. "If I didn't insist on bringing Jungkook with, you would not have been in that car accident from saving Jungkook."

She had been so spoiled that she couldn't tell right from wrong.

Nancy sniffled heavily. "If only I can have a do over, I will not make that silly mistake again. That way there will be no accident and Big Brother will not have to be wheelchair-bound."

Sehun rubbed his sister on her head. "There is no do over in this world."

"You sound just like that Lisa."

"Lisa?" Sehun was baffled.

"Jungkook's wife. She is an annoying one," said Nancy.

Nancy smiled. His sister had been spoiled since she was a child and very few could teach her a lesson. Had it not been the car accident and she seemed to have grown up overnight and reined in so much, she would still be that prideful and arrogant young mistress.

Lisa saw that Eunha was back for dinner.

Sitting across from her, Lisa studied Eunha's face carefully.

When she had exchanged for 6% of halo in the past, Eunha seemed to have become uglier. Her cheekbones appeared to be even wider now and her cheeks were meatier. She no longer had that perfectly tapered face and even her nose was not as pointy as it was before.

A smile appeared in Lisa's eyes.

Eunha had become much prettier in the past because of the halo's effect. Nobody felt that anything was out of the norm.

Now that Eunha was becoming uglier from losing a portion of the halo, Lisa wondered how Eunha would explain her changes to the others.

Sitting across from her, Eunha, too, were studying Lisa. She noticed that Lisa had become lighter!

Sure enough, the crack on her pendant lead to the halo starting to return to Lisa.

Eunha had no idea why a crack had appeared on her jade inexplicably but she had already taken it to be fixed.

She should be able to rob the halo from Lisa again once it was fixed.

"Lali," said Mother Jeon suddenly. "There's a charity ball in a couple of days. Why don't you accompany me there?"

Both Lisa and Eunha was surprised by Mother Jeon's words.

Eunha lowered her eyes. Mother Jeon had always brought her with. Lisa had been fawning over Mother Jeon lately and that had obviously changed the way Mother Jeon's opinion on Lisa. Now she was even going to take Lisa with her to a ball?

Eunha smiled and said, "Mom, Lali had never been to a ball before. I am free day after tomorrow. Why don't I accompany the two of you? That way I can stay with Lali so she won't embarrass herself."
