Without further ado, Nancy stepped up and slapped her across her cheek. "I've been wanting to hit you for a long time now."
"Nancy, what do you think you are doing?" Yeon Woo had her hand over her cheek that was now burning from the pain.
"Yeah? You are right. I am bullying you because I can. What are you going to do about it?" Nancy, enraged, was very arrogant.
The other woman ran off right away. Yeon Woo had no guts to stand up to Nancy. There was nothing she could do after being slapped by Nancy.
Nancy shook her hand. For every action, there was an equal and opposite reaction. Her palm, too, was smarting right now. "What are you waiting for? You want me to slap you again?"
Yeon Woo bit her lip and quickly left in her high heels.
The door to one of the stalls opened up and Lisa walked out.
"You've heard all that?" Nancy stared at her.
"Oh, yeah. I've heard all of that." Lisa walked over to the sink, pumped some liquid soap into her palm and started rubbing her fingers together, "I am not deaf, you know?"
Nancy stared at her viciously, then turned to leave.
"Wait." Lisa stopped her.
Nancy stopped and asked impatiently, "What more do you want from me? You want to make fun of me too?"
"No."
Lisa turned off the faucet, pulled a tissue paper out and asked Nancy dubiously after she had finished drying her fingers one by one, "Didn't you come here to use the bathroom?"
Nancy, "......"
"Lisa, you are such a jerk!"
Lisa went with Jungkook to their hotel room after lunch.
There was a large patio attached to their room and they could see the mountains from afar from their patio.
She wasn't able to gain any useful information but she could at least have a good time at the resort with Jungkook.
Lisa laid lazily in bed and said, "Let's take a nap first and go out again in the afternoon."
Jungkook didn't say anything. He did not object to that.
Suddenly, someone knocked on their door.
Lisa opened up the door and looked at Nancy dubiously, "Something's the matter?"
She thought that Nancy would not want to be around her for a while after she had heard the gossips on her.
"Want to go and grab a drink with me?" Nancy had already calmed down and was no longer aggravated like she was earlier.
"Right now? You are inviting me to go drinking with you?" Lisa took a look at the outside. The sun was nice and bright. "It's still broad daylight. You are sleep walking already?"
Nancy gave Lisa a stare. "I was sad and wanted someone to drink with, is that alright? Or are you telling me that you can't handle alcohol?"
"Heh, you can't goad me like that," said Lisa with a smile.
Recalling what she had heard in the bathroom and seeing Nancy's reddened eyes, Lisa finally sighed and said, "Alright, but, I am going to tell you right now that I can only keep you company until 2. I am going to spend time with Jungkook after he wakes up from his nap."
Nancy looked grumpy. She was just shoved a mouthful of dogfood.
Lisa went back inside to tell Jungkook that she would be gone for a little while. "I will be back when you wake up. You rest like a good boy."
Jungkook would, naturally, rest nicely with or without Lisa telling him to do so. He did have a schedule that he followed after all.
Jungkook's lips were pinched shut and he didn't say anything. He laid down flat on the bed and closed his eyes.
Lisa was still a little worried. She told the bodyguards to stay outside the room and could not let Jungkook roam around. They must follow him should he go out.
Hearing what Lisa had said to the bodyguards, Nancy was stunned, "Are you raising Jungkook like a child?"
Lisa glanced over at her, "I am being thoughtful, caring, and careful. Just in case."
"Fine, fine, fine. You are so thorough in what you do." Nancy interrupted Lisa and dragged her with her.
