Lisa had a smile on her corners of her mouth, and she looked at Eunha with a smile. "Dr. Jin is still around. We can have him check on your if you are not feeling well."

Eunha's smile was very forced. "That won't be necessary. I am just a little tired. I will just get some rest."

"Good to hear." Lisa nodded. "If you are tired, you can rest up in the rest area. There's something important that we need to talk about after the banquet."

Eunha was startled, her smile looked even more forced. "What's it about?"

"Something very important."

Lisa did that on purpose. She wanted Eunha to wonder and be anxious. "If you are to take off early, you might not even get the chance to speak up for yourself."

Having said that, Lisa smiled, turned, and walked back over to Mother Jeon.

Mingyu saw Eunha's long face, and he did care about her. "What's the matter? You two have some sort of conflicts?"

"No." Eunha held Mingyu's hand tightly. "My look will recover, and I will have my body fixed. Don't be mad at me."

She could tell that Mingyu did care about the change in her appearance.

Mingyu sighed and stroke her on her head. His voice still tender. "Don't worry too much."

Eunha looked intensely at Mingyu. "You will be on my side if someone try to bully me, right?"

If she still had the halo, her eyes would become big and pretty under the halo's effect. All she needed to do was to look at Mingyu and, no matter what request it was that she brought up, Mingyu would grant her wish lovingly and helplessly.

Now, however, with her eyes back to their original shape, she looked more like Father Jung. Her eyes were small and listless.

Even when she looked at Mingyu lovingly, she was unable to move him.

Mingyu curved his lips. "Nobody will bully you. I will protect you."

He liked her because she was kind. It wasn't all because of her looks.

Once, when he walked out of a club after a meeting with his clients and didn't have his chauffeur with him, a bag was thrown over his head and he was dragged into an alley by a group of robbers.

These robbers were frequent offenders and, many people walked past the alley, but Eunha was the only one who was willing to stick her head out for him. She was delicate but brave, and kind.

He could still remember the way she looked when she tried to help him in that white dress that she was in.

She was his soft spot.

Eunha looked touched and the uneasiness in her started to dissipate. "Thank you for standing by my side."

The guests left one by one after the banquet was over.

The atmosphere was a bit awkward inside the rest area.

Mother Jeon was the first to start talking. "Lali, you said there's something that you want to talk about. What is it?"

"Hang on a second." Lisa gave Eunha, who was sitting in a corner of the couch, a look. "We are waiting for one more person."

Eunha's hand clenched reflexively.

Meantime, someone knocked on the door to the rest area and Lisa went to get the door.

"I brought her," said the bodyguard to Lisa.

Lisa looked at the female server next to him. She was drenched, apparently been woken up once already. There was still stains from the red wine on her collar and she looked disheveled.

Lily was intimidated, and she gave Lisa a careful look.

The girl had told her that she wanted her face.

Looking at Lisa close up, Lily finally realized that the other woman wanted her to be this woman's replacement.

She did look a little like this woman, but Lily suddenly felt inferior.

The other woman was fair skinned, almost translucent. Her features were far more delicate than her own and her eyes were limpid and bright.

She had been trained at the spa and she knew how beautiful those eyes were. Not even a plastic surgery could give one eyes like those.

A surgery could alter the shape of one's eyes but the spirit and brightness in the eyes only came naturally.

Lily had thought that she was fair looking and was confident that she would seduce Jungkook. She was too ashamed to even lift her head being in front of the rightful individual.
