A/N: Was watching this movie "Keith" and this cute guy had that old pick-up truck and the classic I don't give a fuck attitude and I was like STEALIN THAT. Jk jk, but I was inspired. Part 2 is possible!

A horse galloped over the small country road, the dust behind its feet blowing away. The sun was just up, still busy painting the sky with it's orange light. Daniel slowed his horse down, hopping off steadily and throwing the ropes around a wooden pole.

You were busy making coffee for your dad who'd come in with the new one, Daniel was his name you believed. You had briefly seen him, only introduced yourself as you had to get your horse back inside the stable.

"G'morning, ma'am". His low voice made you look up from your what you were doing.

You swore his smile was brighter than the upcoming sun as he peaked through the window, a small blade of grass between his teeth.

"Hi". You smiled, knees weak at the handsome Australian. "Come in". You offered and he stepped trough the door into the old living room. Daniel sat down at the kitchen table, placing his hat next to him.

Your father was nowhere to be seen, but you assumed he was still busy with moving the cattle.

Daniel watched you in the kitchen and eyes your old Kiss shirt that was tugged in your jeans. Your eyes as bright as he remembered when he first saw you and the leather boots still on your feet.

You put two cups on the table, assuming your dad would come soon. "You look gorgeous today, miss". His compliment made you blush and you tucked a loose strand of hair behind your ear.

"Thank you". You muttered, giving him a small smile.

Daniel nibbled on his lower lip as he saw how shy you became from just a simple thing he said. He did feel the need to tell you how gorgeous you are.

You heard your phone ringing and you stood up after excusing yourself. Daniel followed you with his glance as you leaned against the wall with your back towards him.

"Really, no bus is driving today?". You sighed, sometimes you really hated this little hole of a town you lived in. The bus drivers were in protest for more loan and now you had to figure out yourself how to get at school.

"Nope, my mom is driving me to school though. How will you be there?". Your friend asked.

"I'll figure something out". You sighed and thanked her for the call.

"Is there a problem?". Daniel asked as your face wasn't as happy anymore. "My bus isn't driving today, so I'll be at school way to late because I'll probably have to walk now".

You explained quickly and got your backpack to leave right away. "I can take you". Daniel immediately offered. You blinked at what he said.

"In that rusty thing?". You chuckled.

"Hey, hey, she might be old, but she's still driving like she it are her first miles". Daniel said and stood up. "Whatever you say". You giggled and opened the door.

Daniel rushed to open your side of the car for you. "Beautiful ladies first". Yep, he got you blushing again and the smirk on his face made you not even try to look up at him.

The car roared to life and he brought you to school. Once in a while he'd look over at you, like he wanted to make sure you were still there.

Daniel dropped you off in front of your school and stepped out with you, leaning against the hood of his truck. "Thanks for the ride". You smiled at him and you stood on your tippietoes to give him a kiss on the cheek.

"Well thank you, ma'am". Daniel grinned and lifted his hat briefly as a sign of a goodbye.

"Who's that cutie?". Your friend hooked her arm in yours and you looked over your shoulder as Daniel was about to drive away. "He just helps my dad at the ranch".

"Just?". She teased as your smile betrayed you.

"I don't even know him that well!". You laughed and pushed her into the classroom.

"Love has no limits". She smirked

You had to admit that Daniel was on your mind for pretty much the whole day. But you weren't the only one with those problems.

Daniel groaned at himself as his truck shut down again, he shifted in the wrong gear. Great job man, get your head back in it please. Still his thoughts wandered off to you, the way you shyly kissed his cheek this morning.

Luckily the ball of hay was close and he stopped to pull it on the back of his truck. He looked up as Mr Y/L/N was back, he picked you up from school even though Daniel offered to go again. Maybe or maybe not he wanted another kiss.

You saw Daniel working on the land, getting the hay to bring it inside the barn for the horses. Your dad asked to bring him a bottle of water as the sun was hot on the country meadows.

You brought your bag inside and opened the fridge, walking outside towards Daniel. He saw you coming in his mirrors as he stopped again. You waited till he would turn to you and you watched him pull the hay onto his truck, he was visibly sweating, muscles rippling beneath his shoulders and his biceps flexing.

You swallowed hard at the sight and opened your mouth to say something, but he cut you off. "Hey princess, had a nice day at school?". He asked with a smile, slightly panting as he was finally done.

"It was fine". You said and you gave him the bottle of water. Daniel accepted the offer and took a sip of it, wiping his forehead with his arm. He took his hat off, revealing his dark curly hair.

"Wanna drive back with me?". He offered and meant the ride back from the meadow to the ranch. "I can walk that bit... Dan!". You squealed as he picked you up and placed you in the back of his truck.

"Hold on tight, I like it quick". Daniel winked and you scoffed at him, holding on to the edge as he drove back to the house. He stood still and you waited for him to open the back of his truck, instead he easily picked you up.

Your back hit the hot metal of his car and he had an arm around your lower back. "Don't trip over your own feet, doll". Daniel chuckled.

He was pretty close to you and didn't make a move to step back. "Listen, I'm picking you up tonight, around eight". Daniel moved a strand of hair away from in front of your eyes.

"But, I...". You wanted to say you had homework, but he didn't let you finish your sentence.

"Eight, be ready, ma'am". He smirked and put the blade of grass between his teeth again, letting you go.

You hesitated if you could walk yourself as he made your knees weak with just being Daniel. Guess you would see him tonight then.
