Hello, to the seven or eight readers that are still here. *smiles a bit* You might remember these two special guests that first joined me six months ago~
Gabby the Griffon: *sitting beside Gallus and waving excitedly* Hiya, everycreature! Gabby the Cutie Mark Crusader is here~! And with our adorable fluffy cat Grayson joining us too~! *Both Gabby and Gallus look lovingly at Grayson the cat, who was sleeping, and Gabby starts to pet him softly* I came with Grayson to celebrate Hearth's Warming and New Years on Ponyville, with Spike and with Twilight Sparkle's friends!
And we have only been able to get to this chapter now because all my friends went to their homes to celebrate their holidays and the new year with their families. They're coming back today, since we have done gift exchanges since last year. We've agreed that a gift exchange is better for us to do, to just give one of our friends a surprise gift depending on who we got. And I think it'll be the perfect opportunity for this pranking dare~ *snickers mischievously*
Gabby: *giggles more* Either way, I don't think you'll be able to hide how much you missed them~ Gallus didn't go celebrate with Silverstream this year, so I decided to give him a surprise visit as soon as I came to Ponyville!
*glares a bit* Ugh, don't remind me. I WAS going to ask her...But she left extra early this year to see her family, and I didn't dare to ask if I could go with her so suddenly. Hmph, yeah, who has two claws and is a total fool? This griffon! *raises his arms, looking annoyed with himself*
Gabby: *hugs Gallus tightly with a pout* At least you had your big sister Gabby to give you company, so don't say you're a fool!
*groans as he's hugged, his voice sounding strained* Yeah, thanks a lot for coming--but I want to at least make it for my next birthday, so don't hug me to death!
Gabby: *giggles as she pulls away* Sorry! *grins sweetly, with subtle but cute puppy dog eyes* I just like it when you say you're happy to have me around~
*rolls his eyes playfully* Fine. But you already know I'm happy to have you around....My Hearth's Warming would have been pretty depressing without you... *looks down, but then smirks a bit before he seems too upset* Besides, I'm glad you'll get to see the pranking gifts I got set up~
Gabby: *laughs a bit* I hope you don't end up going too far with them, Gallus!
*flies towards his closet as he gets out four gifts, talking to Gabby while he's flying back to put them in his bed* Nah, my friends aren't THAT sensitive. Even Smolder will get over it as soon as she sees the real awesome gift I got her. But don't tell her I'm the one giving her a gift, it has to be a surprise~
Gabby: My beak is sealed~! *acts out that she's zipping her beak*
*A knock is heard on Gallus's door*
*lowering his voice* That must be them. *snickers and gets closer to Gabby* This is gonna be hilarious~
*giggles, clapping her claws together and lowering her voice, but not much* I can't wait to see your friends! ...And your pranks~
*puts a talon on his beak, still smirking a bit* Shhhhh~ *opens the door, seeing Sandbar, Yona, Smolder, and Ocellus*
Sandbar, Ocellus, Yona, and Smolder: *saying in unison* Happy holidays and happy new year!
Sandbar: *giving Gallus a very sweet look* We all missed you so much, dude!
*playful smirk* Hehe, I'm afraid the feeling isn't mutual~
