Jorge's pov

*We were standing so close now, the gap between us was filled. I took another look in her eyes. I wonder what does she think about me. I have to admit that... I thought about us. Together. But it's been just seven months, she won't want me as more than a friend. After what had happened with Pepe, she will keep away from guys.*

J: I have... something prepared for you

*Her eyes blinked a few times before she looked down at her shoes*

M: And, what that may be?

J: That is a surprise. Let's go and you'll find out

*We walked further, in deafening silence. Surely, I would rather have Martina than Stephie.*

...

J: Here we are

*She looked up at the name of the restaurant.*

J: I guess you want to eat argentinean specialities after such a long time

M: Yeah!

*We entered and sat at a table. After ordering food, which took quite long because Martina would eat everything if she could, we started a conversation*

M: So, you didn't tell me everythung about that woman, Stephie?

J: Yes, eh, there is more behind the story than I said. As you know, my mother is sick. And... she has a few weeks left.

M: I'm sorry to hear that

J: That's fine, thank you. My father wants me to find... a girlfriend so my mum would meet her before she passes out and Stephie's father is my father's business partner and friend

M: And your dad wants you to marry Stephie because that would solve all the problems

J: Yeah. It's awkward, I feel like someone who isn't good enought to find a girlfriend

M: That's silly

*She said, placing her hand on mine*

M: It's totally alright. Choosing someone to love isn't easy. You have to choose wisely, that takes a lot of time

J: ... and you?

M: What me?

J: Have you thought of... having a lover?

M: Oh, yeah, so many times. As soon as I get out of the hospital, I want to find someone who will be able to handle me and my problems. He has to be fair, kind and caring. I would be more than grateful for someone like you

J: I hope you'll find him soon

M: Yeah, sure, I'll tell you when I find him

...

*We're on our way back to the hospital now, sitting in the taxi*

J: Did you enjoy today?

M: Yes, so much, I don't know how to thank you. Today encouraged me a lot. I hope I'll be out soon.
