I quickly shake Lisa up
Me: "SHAWN MENDES FOLLOWED ME!" As I said that she woke up very quickly
Lisa: "let me see!" I show her my phone and her jaw falls open
Lisa: "wait you have a lot of dms! What's up with that?" I shrug and look at them with her
Me: "just a lot of fan accounts" I tap the last dm and read it:
"Hey! I can't believe I found you! Wow so happy I found you. You seem extremely chill we need to hang out one day"
Lisa: "who wrote that? Total creeper!"
Me: "SHAWN MENDES!!" She doesn't believe me and looks at my phone
Lisa: "oh my god! Post it!!!!" I look at her confused
Me: "what?! Are you crazy no! I'm not doing that!" She looks disappointed
Lisa: "then what are you going to do?"
Me: "dm him! Duh!" she smiles at my confidence and I quickly dm him back:
"Hey sorry at replying late, I guess I go to sleep really early lol. We totally should hang out! I mean I'm down!" I press send and go on with my morning with Lisa.
As we are about to head downstairs I look at Lisa and point at her
Me: "don't you dare mention this to my dad or Terrie!"
Lisa: "yeah I know he will go crazy and not in a good way!" I nod my head and we head downstairs
Dad: "good morning girls! How did you sleep?" We both look at each other and just nod
Dad: "okay who's the guy?" My eyes go wide
Me: "what do you mean?"
Dad: "I mean you both look all-"
Terrie: "leave the girls alone! Here girls I made waffles"
I grab my plate and sit down
Dad: "well whoever it is tell them I know how to use a rifle" I choke on my waffle
Terrie: "and you want to know why she doesn't bring home guys"
