Tommy POV

Tommy stared at the ceiling, pulling the covers closer to his chin. He couldn't sleep. He had been laying in bed for hours with still no hope of sleep taking him. And for once, he knew the reason.

It was because he was terrified. He couldn't shake the thought of the message.

"I know where you live Tommyinnit. Maybe I'm there... or maybe I'm not. I suggest you watch your back Thomas. Sweet dreams."

It had been sent from an anonymous user and to say it had freaked him out was an understatement. The thought that someone had his address scared him. Especially if they had bad intentions.

Immediately following the message he had run around his house, locking every door and window possible. Being home alone didn't help his fear. His parents were out on a vacation for their anniversary and they wouldn't be home for a few more days. He wanted to text them, but he couldn't help but think he was overreacting. After all, anyone could have sent the message. It didn't necessarily mean they had his address. But he still couldn't shake the fear.

Rolling over, he finally gave in to his fear. He needed to text his mother, she would know what to do. Grabbing his phone from his nightstand, he unlocked it and went to his messages. Hesitating for a moment, he sighed before beginning to type.

"I think someone has our address!" he began, keeping one eye on his window.

It took only a moment for his mother to reply. "What do you mean? Are you okay? Are you safe?"

"I don't know." he admitted, feeling a shiver go down his spine.

His mother seemed to pause, most likely thinking over his options. "I want you to call Wilbur."

Tommy's eyes widened as he read the text. Call Wilbur at two in the morning? "I don't want to bother him..."

"Tommy I want you to feel safe, please." she paused before typing. "I'll call him if you don't."

The blonde groaned. That was the last thing he wanted. And he knew without a shred of doubt that his mother would do it. "Fine." he typed, ignoring the small part of him that felt relieved. He knew he would feel safe with Wilbur like he always did.

Staring at his screen, he dialed Wilbur's phone number before holding the phone up to his ear. Taping his fingers on the case of the phone, he felt his nerves beginning to rise. What if Wilbur got mad at him for calling him so late?

To his surprise, a sleepy voice picked up. "Hello?"

Tommy took a deep breath. "Hey Wil."

"Tommy? What are you doing up so late?" Wilbur questioned, probably glancing at his clock.

"I- uh." he stopped, trying to figure out what to say. What was he going to tell Wilbur, that he was scared? That he thought someone had his address and he was all alone? Yes, a voice in his head told him. That's exactly what he should say. It was the truth after all. "Wil-l I'm scared." he admitted, hating how childish he sounded.

To his surprise, and relief, Wilbur took it seriously. "What's wrong Toms?" he asked. He heard Wilbur sit up, indicated the creaking bed and the ruffling of the sheets.

"I think someone has my address... They threatened me Wilbur! An-and I don't know if I really leaked or not and I-" he stopped, feeling his heart beginning to pick up pace.

Wilbur seemed to hear it too, he could tell Tommy was panicking. "I need you to take a deep breath Toms, alright? I'm on my way." he reassured, seemingly running around his room to get ready. "The three of us are coming to get you, I promise. Are you parents there?"

"No." Tommy cried, seeing a shadow move across his window. Whether it was real or not, he wasn't sure. But it certainly didn't help the panic he felt. "Wilby please come!" he begged.

"I'm on my way, just stay on the phone Toms." Wilbur spoke calmly, but Tommy could feel the panic in his voice. Shouts came from the phone, "Techno! Phil! Get up now!" Tommy immediately felt the guilt pool up in his chest. He was making his friends get up in the middle of the night because of some stupid fear.

"Wil I'm sorry. This is dumb I-" he began, but the brunette immediately cut him off.

"Shut up Tommy." he said sternly, Tommy could practically hear Wilbur rolling his eyes. "You're fear is not dumb."

"But I'm making you get up at two in the morning!" Tommy exclaimed, gripping his blanket tighter.

"And? If getting up at two in the morning saves you then I don't care. Night or day, I will always come to save you, alright?"

Tommy sighed, what could he ever do without Wilbur? He was hoping he would never have to find out.
