Due to Yu Yue's inner turmoil, Sheng Shi Jie becomes her distraction and she even forgot about her initial worries.

Everyone thought they were progressing in a certain direction, Ming Tai Yang was always finding time to mess with Sheng Shi Jie. He was thoroughly dissatisfied with him at first, but after exchanging moves with him he was able to accept the stinky guy sticking close to his youngest daughter.

Yu Yue already planned to attend the academy and to contact hong mei and the others long ago because the fire firefly's telepathy has a limited reach here unlike in the lower realm, but she couldn't leave the sky hive without her parent's permission.
   
When she brought up her intentions to go out her mother put on conditions that she needs to meet, and she should advance to the houtian level 7 peak stage. Her current level was the houtian level 5 peak stage.

She's been working hard these days, her mother wants her to beat Yu Xue'er in mental attacks and zither skills. She also needs to beat Yu Hua'er in combat skills.

Yu chang lu was literally not letting her go, but Yu Yue wants to prove her capabilities. To prove herself the right to stay and to face their fate as a clan.

"your moves are quite clumsy, if you face your second sister you would lose without a fight" Sheng Shi Jie curled his lips as he blocks her fist.

"how would you know without seeing the fight first" Yu Yue snorted as she rounded him a kick. She was annoyed that he have to state the obvious.

"I saw her fight once, she's decisive and powerful. Not to mention brute and fierce. Your moves are too indecisive, it also lacks power and you're not executing them properly" he commented without mercy.

Yu Yue was annoyed but he indeed has a point, but he was too honest that it hurts.

"hmmp, that's because she's been learning since she was in the womb" Yu Yue snickered as she formed hand seals for the finishing blow. 

"bang" the flow of qi converges in her hands; she then strikes her palms to Sheng Shi Jie's abdomen. With a bang, the qi dissipated even faster when she gathered it so she was stunned.

Before she could react she was flung a few meters away by the impact.

"That's cheating, you have to receive that blow" she groaned in dissatisfaction. If she keeps fighting this guy she might not be able to step foot outside this place.

"hehe, weren't you also learning this since young?" he asked in confusion, if she did learn this since young how could she be this bad?
