The next morning Yu Yue wakes up feeling good and refreshed, she wonders why she sleep so soundly last night but she never doubts anything.
"master, your bath was ready." One of the maids said respectfully.
"thank you, please ask someone to prepare an ordinary carriage to send us out of the city" Yu Yue nodded after yawning.
"right away master" the maid bowed respectfully before leaving.
After taking a bath Yu Yue wondered why was the manor so quiet, usually around this time she would be able to hear hong mei's coquettish voice and mo ling's clamor for fighting.
"Where are the others?" Yu Yue raised her brows when she only saw her friends, lady Shan Shou, Shan Shan, and Cheng Shi already in the dining room. There's no sight of Hua Ling and the others.
"Something urgent so Hua Ling brought Zi'er back to the base. The others also have something urgent so they quickly went back to their mission" lady Shan Shou smiled stiffly before replying.
"Oh, is it serious?" Yu Yue asked thoughtfully.
"yes, but they can take care of it master" lady Shan Shou said with a tinge of worry as her hands trembled slightly.
"oh, where's brother shi? Is he still asleep?" Zhuang Lan asked as he look around and couldn't find his figure.
"lord sheng already went back to the upper realm, he said it was something urgent so he immediately leaves early this morning" lady Shan Shou paused before replying.
Yu Yue already guessed as much so she didn't ask further. On the other hand, lady Shan Shou heaved a sigh of relief seeing her reaction.
"lady Shan Shou, please take care of everything here. Notify me right away if there's something." Yu Yue smiled warmly at lady Shan Shou before entering the ordinary-looking carriage but not too plain and with a hint of luxury to it but not too excessive just comfortable enough to her liking.
"master, please use the teleportation array to avoid nuisance in your journey. There have been many strong opponents watching our every move outside since the crown prince incident." Lady Shan Shou reminded.
"Alright, if you haven't mentioned it I might have forgotten hehe" Yu Yue scratched her palms sheepishly.
"take care master, sister Xiao'er and big brothers" little Shan Shan said.
"big sister Yu Yue, big sister xiao, big brothers take care" cheng shi also said cutely while hugging little Hao Hao who also said something to them.
"take care sisters and brothers" Hao Hao said adorably making Yu Yue giggle, the others also laugh lightly as the carriage flash brightly and disappear with them.
The next moment they directly appeared a few miles away from academy city where the northern royal academy was located.
