Pokemon Journeys Season 3: Mew's Pokemon Johto Journey

Episode 14: Ignorance is Blissey

It's a beautiful moonlit night, and Mew and her friends find themselves in a lovely little place called Happy Town. It's a good thing too, because the group could use some cheering up, and a place to rest after walking all this way.

Tired, Brock says, "My feet are killing me."

"So are mine," Tomo says.

"I'm really hungry," Jen says.

"I'm hungry and tired," Misty says.

"Me too," Mew says

"I don't know about you guys, but if we don't find a place to stop pretty soon, I'm gonna collapse," Brock says.

The Pokemon agree.

Soon, Mew and her friends come across the town's Pokemon Center.

"Look guys, there's a Pokemon Center!" Mew points out.

Soon, the group runs over in excitement,

"They'll have lots of food!" Tomo happily says.

Jen feels the same, "And soft beds!"

"Yeah! And nice hot showers, too!" Misty happily says.

However, when they arrive, they find that the doors are closed.

I'd hate to tell you this, but I think it's closed," Mew says

"Closed?" Tomo and Brock ask, shocked.

Misty and Jen are at a dismay, "No way!

Mew then knocks on the door, "Hello in there! Anybody home? Nurse Joy, are you there?"

Suddenly, the door opens to reveal a Pokemon who has opened the door. It has a large, ovoid body with a pink upper body and white lower body. It has hair-like curls on either side of its head. White, wing-like tufts grow from its hips and shoulders, creating the impression of a dress. Its stubby arms and feet are pink and lack any digits. A small, pink pouch on its belly holds a single egg, which brings feelings of happiness and makes a person pleasant and caring if ingested.

The Pokemon says, "Blissey?" (Oh my?)

"Hello," Mew says.

The Pokemon smiles and says, "Blissey Blissey," (Hello there.)

"Sorta looks like a Chansey," Misty says

"Yeah, but it definitely isn't one," Brock says.

"What is it?" Jen asks.

"It's a Blissey. The first time I've seen one," Mew says, and brings out her Pokedex.

Dexter says, "Dexter: Blissey, the Happiness Pokemon. A Normal Type. It is kindhearted and loves helping people. Blissey is the evolved form of Chansey."

"Ah. I should've guessed you were evolved from Chansey. The resemblance is striking. This hairdo is a very interesting choice," Brock says.

"It's cute," Jen says.

Then Mew says to Blissey, "Blissey, is it alright if we come in. We like to have a place to stay the night."

"Blissey, Blissey Blissey," (Of course, please come in.) Blissey happily says.

Soon, the group walks inside into the Pokemon Center cafeteria.

Blissey turns to the group and says, "Blissey Blissey Blissey," (Please wait here, dinner will be ready shortly.)

Then walks into the kitchen. Then Blissey begins to work inside the kitchen.

"Blissey said dinner will be ready shortly," Mew says.
