Episode 133: As Cold as Pryce

Finally, Mew and her friends have arrived in Mahogany Town, where Mew hopes to earn her next gym badge to compete in the Johto League. However, Mew and her friends have a serious problem. Mew is holding Celebi in her arms as they walk to the gym.

"I wonder what's wrong with Celebi," Misty says, worried.

"She's been like this since what happened at the lake," Tomo says.

"And she's too nervous to talk," Jen says.

"And refused to go back in her Pokeball," Brock says.

Mew looks at Celebi, "I wonder what's wrong... hmmm..."

Sometime later, Mew and her friends arrived at the Gym.

Mew calls out, "Hello? I'm here for my gym battle!"

So far, no one is answering.

"Well?" Tomo questions.

"There isn't anyone around," Misty says.

"That doesn't make sense," Brock replies.

Suddenly, someone calls out, "Hey, there."

Everyone looks to the left and sees a woman wearing an orange and red striped bandana and red overalls nearby.

"Just asking, but are ya'll here for a gym battle?" The woman asks.

"Yes, ma'am," Mew answers.

"Sorry, but the gym leader's not here at the moment," The woman says, "His name's Pryce and I'm Sheila. Pryce goes up to the mountains every morning to meditate underneath the waterfall."

"Wow, that's impressive, to set aside time to strengthen your mind," Brock says.

"You said it," Sheila asks.

"Do you think we could meet him?" Mew asks.

"Sure, I'll take you up to the waterfall myself," Sheila says.

"You really mean it?" Mew asks.

"How cool is that?" Brock says.

Mew nods in agreement, "Thanks a lot, Sheila."

However, everyone looks and sees Sheila MILES down the road ahead of them.

Sheila calls out, "Yoo-hoo! Let's go! Step on it! Hurry up! Kick it!"

Everyone is baffled to see her miles away.

"How did she do that?" Jen asks.

"I wonder what SHE had for breakfast," Brock says.

"We better go follow her," Mew says.

Meanwhile, Team Rocket spies from behind the wall surrounding the gym

"I just knew that if we waited at the gym long enough, they'd show up," Jessie says.

"You're right again, Jess," James says

"Well, den, let's tail em!" Meowth says.

"Check," Jessie and James reply.

Meanwhile, Mew and the others follow Sheila as she nimbly leads the group to Pryce's location, though they're already exhausted.

"Sheila is one energetic woman!" Brock says.

"I'm really tired," Molly says.

Mew weakly calls out, "Wait up."

"Please slow down," Misty says.

Sheila continues on, "Ha! Well I'm just getting warmed up! You turtles better step on the gas!"
