Third Person POV
As Lydia closed in on her son's home, he was slowly circling to Tahm Kench's right. Evelynn circled to his left with a Hate Spike packed behind her. The River King eyed them both for a moment before dropping his tongue to the ground. This caused Eve to throw her Spike as a response but with his Tongue, he knocked it upward, nullifying the damage she could've done with that cast. The following recasts did do something damage but he responds by knocking her down with a belly bash. Y/N gets his Orb of Deception ready with Ahri's spiritual being forming behind him. Tahm takes note of his and stomps on the ground hard enough to make the boy stumble.
This brought him face-to-face with the Ahri Spirit for just a moment, but it was enough to make him cease all actions. Tahm then uses his Abyssal Dive to immediately follow-up, however, Evelynn was quick to dash toward Y/N and pull him away from the attack.
Tahm: How unlike you to actually help your enemy.
Evelynn only responds with a growl as she began to lunge to the sides as she quickly approached him. Seeing through her attempt to trip him up, Tahm whips his tongue around, just barely missing as she ducked underneath it. Eve then hits him in the stomach with Whiplash, and attempts to dodge the retaliation, but gets grabbed, and slammed instead. Y/N finally gets a grip of himself and uses his Enhanced Orb of Deception. Not expecting the uniqueness of the attack or the damage, Tahm eyes his grey health, and uses Abyssal Dive again.
Evelynn manages to use Allure on him just in the nick of time so she could track his location. As she ran in that direction, Y/N followed behind her, swapping his abilities around in the process. As they came up to Tahm Kench's location, Evelynn cuts into a bush with her lashers, only to find that he's not there.
Evelynn: What?
Tahm: Handy thing these Summoner Spells are.
Eve snaps her head around just in time to see the tongue smack her. Just as she flew though, Tahm uses his Tongue Lash to get some healing and a stun off since his passive was active on her. Y/N takes the blow for her though, and returns the damage with a Haymaker. As Tahm stumbled back a little, he looks back at Y/N who uses Dark Binding to root him in place. Grumbling a little, Tahm Kench uses the Cleanse Summoner Spell to remove the root. Deciding to take the fight to him, Y/N dashes in with Kingslayer and stabs his blade directly into the River King's cut. While this did heal him for the damage he suffered, it put him in a bad spot. Quickly trying to swap his Dark Binding out for Shield of Durand, he manages to do it just fast enough to get the spell shield from it.
Tahm smacks him to the side with his tongue, making sure to wrap it around his ankle before he could go flying. After two slams, he flails Y/N in the air before having a Hate Spike shoved into his chin and by extension, the base of his tongue. Having lost some feeling and control of his main weapon, Tahm is forced to release Y/N who tumbled across the ground and into the base of a tree. Evelynn then recasts her Hate Spike again before casting Allure and vanishing.
Tahm: At least make the hit and run tactics interesting.
Just before the Allure was complete, he uses his Abyssal Dive again. Evelynn hesitates to move which causes her to get hit by the upcoming attack. Catching her midair, Tahm brings her up close into a bear hug, doing a surprising amount of damage. Hearing a charging sound, Tahm turns around and uses Evelynn as a shield against Y/N's Arcanopulse though it doesn't work. Eve then brings up her lashers to stab the River King in the eyes, making him roar in pain, and release her. As he flails his tongue around, he activates Thick Skin, giving him a shield for almost half his missing health.
Both Y/N and Evelynn back up as the tongue started to stretch out further and further.
Evelynn: You're smart, right? Think of something we can do to beat him! Hit and Run won't work forever.
