The rumble of truck engines breaks the calm of the night, and you slip lower into the water, until only the top of your helmet is peering out. Engitech had the foresight to add a camouflage setting to it, leaving it no less visible than anything else lurking within the water. Headlights sweep across the gravel and cracked cement of the port, and soon, several cargo trucks pull up outside of the warehouse.

Using the panel on the side of your helmet, you send Hawks and Tokoyami confirmation that the villains have arrived, although you're certain Hawks already sensed them. He receives your message, and you watch as dozens of villains pour from the metal confines of the cargo holds, wearing masks and hoods to hide their faces. They bring crates and boxes with them, heading for the dock leading to the ship you're tucked against. The villains load their cargo on to the ship, and you quickly inform Hawks of the fact. A few of them, likely the ones in charge, oversee the operations, before opening the doors to the warehouse.

You can't help but hold your breath as they enter, silently praying they don't spot your teammates, even though you know they'll be hidden well out of sight. As the villains try to turn on the lights of the warehouse, only a small dim glow illuminates the interior. They curse over the quality of the building and its age, discussing how the lights were just fixed. Hawks must have done something to them for Tokoyami to avoid being handicapped by their glow.

Several minutes pass by as you watch their activities, your helmet recording what you see all the while. Dollies squeak as they roll over the gravel and dock, and crates thump as they're loaded aboard the ship. Finally, they seem to finish, and all of the villains make their way into the warehouse for a meeting before their supplier arrives. The metal doors creak and slam shut behind them, leaving you alone in the night.

The wind howls over the harbour and port, causing the towering crane to creak further. The sound is unnerving to say the least. Imagining that giant metal structure crashing down on the warehouse sends a shiver down your spine, and you're relieved when the purr of an engine pulls you from your thoughts. Bright headlights illuminate the port, and you sink lower instinctively.

A sleek black car rolls to a gentle halt directly in front of the warehouse with windows tinted so dark that they must be illegal. The engine cuts out, and the door clicks open, revealing a sharp man stepping out. His face contorts as the wind hits him, and he fixes his hair before pulling a briefcase from inside his car. His polished shoes and tailored suit stand out in comparison to the previous gang. A wary look crosses his face as though he's expecting an ambush at any moment, but he shows no sign of knowing you're watching him.

Careful not to alert him, you inform Hawks and Tokoyami of his arrival. They receive your message, and you take a deep breath as the supplier approaches the doors to the warehouse. He knocks a particular pattern, and the doors open for him, shutting as soon as he's inside. It's hard to tell how things are going inside until Hawks finally signals that it's time for you to get to work. Taking a deep breath, you do your best to dispel any anxiety and focus on the water surrounding you.

The water is heavy, and it's difficult to bring it up quietly without causing the ships to slam into the docks, but you manage to do it. A large column begins to form as you will it airborne, and the moonlight is refracted in its warping, twisting growth as tendrils of sweat make their way into your eyes. Ignoring the burning and splitting the water into two overwhelming serpents, you use every ounce of your strength to surround the warehouse as your throbbing arms beg for mercy. In one final burst of strength, you release the water to slam into the walls of the building, making sure not to tear the walls down as the waves surge forward.

Shouts erupt from inside the warehouse, but they're instantly drowned by the roaring water crashing down from all sides and pouring within. Before you've completely released the raging water from your domination, you freeze it solid. The building creaks and whines in protest as the ice encases it, and soon, an impenetrable glacial shield confines everyone within.

Muffled shouting can be heard, and there's a sudden violent slam within the interior of your gelid prison, but your ice holds true. Not wasting any time, you shoot free of the water with an ice board and fly straight for your entry point. As soon as you reach it, you melt the ice and launch yourself through the flimsy glass pane feet first with a boost of water. As soon as you're inside, you freeze it back over.

Inside is chaos. The temperature has dropped low enough that a frozen mist fills the air, and rime clings to the clothes of the villains as their alarmed breaths puff out in small clouds. Several of the villains were frozen in place during your attack, and Hawks' feathers whistle through the air, taking the remaining villains out left and right as they try desperately to fight back. In the center, Tokoyami has Dark Shadow unleashed on the supplier, trying to snatch his briefcase from him. For a moment, it looks like this mission may go exactly as planned. That is, until you see the supplier reaching into his jacket.

Your eyes widen as he draws a gun, aiming directly for Tokoyami. With a shout to alert your teammates and a searingly painful blast of water from your feet, you fly forward. Your Serpent's Bites extend from your back like a trio of fury-filled appendages, and they devour the gun, yanking it from the man's grasp. Encasing it in ice, you slam it to the side, far away from any villains.

"Damn heroes!!!" The supplier howls as his face contorts in an enraged fit.

"Nice, Hydra!!!!" Hawks shouts from behind you on the ground. He's released too many feathers to fly, and has two long ones in his grasp like swords as he focuses on the gang members. The ones who have been immobilized are still fighting back, using their quirks against him, deeming him the biggest threat of your trio. Hawks swiftly dashes across the ground, light as his feathers, focusing his all on knocking them out as quick as he can to assist you and Tokoyami.

"Hydra!! Thank you!" Tokoyami shouts as Dark Shadow finally manages to clamp his claws around the briefcase. He lifts it into the air, but the man refuses to release it as he dangles with it. You attempt to help Dark Shadow, but your throbbing arms cramp, causing your Serpent's Bites to stutter momentarily as you slip down towards the ground.

In that vital pause, the man slips something else from his suit pocket, and before anyone can stop him, he slams an injector into his thigh.
