The Not-So-Deleted Lip Sync Battle

This is another request by coffee_____________ and I'm so sorry it's taken so long!

Note: Everyone knows that Peter is Tony and Stephens adoptive son. Also, I accidentally strayed from the request about halfway through but whatever.

Warnings: Swearing, also the song I use later in the chapter is slightly inappropriate since it originally uses some relatively... lewd language. I've edited it slightly but I'm kinda upset that I did since I rather like the original song.

Peter Stark-Strange had no clue how two of his best friends had found the video that they were now taunting him with. It was meant to be shown ONCE on an old tv channel, then immediately deleted.

No reruns.

No uploads to YouTube.

Nothing.

Never to be shown again.

Ever.

But somehow Peter had ended up here, in the lounge room of Stark towers with a swarm of his friends, family and fellow superheroes, waiting in horror as the video was broadcasted to every tv on Earth.

It had all started with Ned and MJ. They had been looking through YouTube, attempting to find conspiracy theory videos about Spider-Man to taunt Peter with.

Now you might be wondering why they wanted to do such a thing to a smol bean like Peter. Well, Peter had pranked his two bet friends - turning their hair bubblegum pink - only days prior.

The pink had stayed in his their hair for three days no matter how hard they tried to get it out. For some reason, Peter decided to spend months making a hair dye that couldn't be dyed over or washed out, it just disappeared after exactly 72 hours.

Anyway, Ned and MJ spent hours going through the thousands of YouTube videos until they found something. It was not exactly what they were looking for, but it was much better.

The video only had 15 thousand views, which was ironic considering that the YouTuber's conspiracy theory had been completely correct and one of a kind.

The YouTuber was convinced that an unnamed, unrecognisable teenage boy he had seen once on a cheap knockoff Lip Sync battle tv show, was Spider-Man.

Little did he know just how right he really was...

Once Ned and MJ had the video within their possession, everyone else saw it soon enough. First it was MJ's girlfriend - Shuri - who was shown, then T'Challa, then Clint, then the rest of the Avengers, and now it was being broadcasted to every single person on Earth.

Apparently, Ned anonymously wrote into a large News station, sending them the video and telling them that it was Peter. The News station, which cared more about money then anything else, immediately got in touch with the tv channel producers for most countries.

According to the News stations, the son of two billionaire superheroes dressing up in black leather and lip syncing to Rihanna's Umbrella song, was big news.

Big enough to spend thousands of dollars broadcasting it to the world apparently.

Anyway, Peter was pissed. Actually he was beyond pissed! He was so angry that he had gone quiet.

And everyone knew that only bad things happened when Peter got quiet.

None of the other heroes noticed his anger, not even his own parents, as they were all to focused on the video that was about to start playing any second.
