"Peter!" Loki cried, slamming his sleeping boyfriend's bedroom door open. The teenager was frightened awake - falling onto the floor with a bang and a groan. "I'm coming to school with you today!"

Peter looked over at his alarm clock, which read 4:30am, then at his boyfriend. "What the fuck, Loki?!"

"Oh, yeah, sorry. I haven't slept in four days. I forgot that this was early." The god of mischief replied, now noticeably shaking lightly.

"You drank that 100 expresso shot coffee Frappuccino again, didn't you?" Peter asked, standing up from the floor with an unamused glare.

Loki stared at him for a moment, before shrugging innocently. "Maybe...? Anyway! Get ready for school, I'll be coming with you as a snake, because you can't just bring a random stranger to school."

"I mean, we do it with Shuri. She just comes and goes and no one asks questions." Peter replied. "But, then again, she also didn't attempt to take over the world. Twice."

"Goat-apocalypse was my greatest idea yet!" Loki cried, dramatically exiting his boyfriend's bedroom.

With a sigh, Peter flopped back onto his bed, planning to get another hour of sleep.

Walking into school with snake Loki wrapped around his shoulders - covered by his jacket -, Peter felt numb.

Usually, he was extremely nervous at school, since most people considered him prime bullying material. This was mainly because no one knew he was Peter Stark-Strange, who had not shown his face to the media since he was seven, but Peter Parker instead.

However, today he wasn't nervous or scared, or even fearful that Loki would be found out. He just didn't care.

"Peter!" MJ called from down the hallway, where she was standing with Ned. "Come here!"

Peter wandered over quickly, side stepping away from an angry looking Eugene Thompson. His bully knew better then to mess with Peter with teachers around, and a large group of them were walking down the hall.

"Hey guys, what's up?" Spider-Man asked, subtly attempting to keep snake Loki hidden.

MJ and Ned stared at him for a moment suspiciously, as if reading his mind. Or maybe just seeing Loki's tail quickly flick Peter's ear, then hide.

MJ sighed deeply, pinching the bridge of her nose, while Ned's eyes widened. Peter's male friend looked around, making sure nobody was near enough to hear them, before speaking up. "You've got a snake?!"

"Pfft, a snake... no..." Spider-Man lied badly, eyes twitching. MJ and Ned simply gave him a deadpanned look. "Fine, fine! Yes, no... it's Loki, okay? He's just in snake form."

"Your magical Norse god boyfriend is being clingy, then?" MJ replied, surprised.

Peter shrugged. "Yup."
