Centuries ago, the death sentence departed from the face of the law. It infringes on the right to life, which is the most fundamental of all human rights. However, there is one who still works for this law. Their identities remain unknown. Black masks obscured their features. Only a savage beast's eyes can be seen, staring and focused on the victim.
