" Looks like she didn't do that paint job like I said she should."

" She probably didn't to spite you, Ben."

" I wouldn't be surprised, Jessie. She's got great items... It's just all of this that's stopping her. You know what I mean?"

" What do you mean, Jessie? Ben? This is great!"

" Yeah, you're right, Ashley! This is great! Why don't you guys like this? I'd definitely enter this shop!"

Ashley and Lucy disagreed with Jessie and Ben's comments about the shop we've walked in front of. I'd imagine as men; they're biggest critique of the shop was the fact that it was painted pink on the outside. Along with that, there was a cute looking statue of a monster that looked like a panda bear from our world. All of this against the drab and brown brick stores for Adventurers littered across the town that we observed as we traveled to this shop. It certainly made the shop stand out. Along with that, the 2 people to drag us here were both S-Rank Adventurers, so that means the items had to also be good. But from the sound of it, it looks like most Adventurers ignore this store for some reason? I wonder why that could be?

/ BOOM!/

" Ah!"

/ BANG!... CLANG!/

It looks as if my answer came flying at us. The sound of an explosion happened. It sounded like when a car malfunctions and begins to smoke. Something came flying at us and nearly hit Jessie before he was able to swipe it away by drawing his sword and slashing at the flying object. One it made contact with the ground; I was able to figure out from the sound that it was made of metal. Once it had stopped moving around, I saw that it was blade of some kind. But it looked like it was only half of the blade. I thought at first that Jessie cut it in half, but nothing has landed on the ground besides the one long, thin piece. Where's the other half became the most important question to everyone now.

" Ah, Dammit! I've told her countless times to not experiment during business hours!"

Ben quickly rushed into the shop; I could hear shouting between Ben and a woman's voice. We quickly followed Jessie into the shop. It was quite a decent sized store, you could probably fit around 75 people in the shop at a time, and there were rows and rows of different types of weapons, shields and armors. It was like a small armory for an army battalion. I noticed that Jessie had the look on his face like nothing about this situation was surprising to him.

" You could've killed someone!"

" This town is full of Adventurers! They would've dodged it or repelled it! Besides, if my experiment worked, Adventurers from all around would be tearing my door down trying to buy one of my swords!"

" That's not the point! It's a safety hazard! Someone could report you to the Town Guards and put you in jail you idiot! Then what!?"

" Oh, those fools would love to take me down! They fear scientific advancement!"

" Gods!"

Ben seemed to be fed up with the woman he was talking to. She seemed to be around the same age as Ben. She had brown hair with a few strands of white hair sticking out in random places. She had light green eyes like 2 pieces of jade. She was quite slender but looked to be healthy. If not for the eye bags under her eyes and extremely pale skin she had, she'd probably look younger than she looked now. She quickly turned to look at us as we entered the store as Ben began to pull a piece of metal from the left side wall of the shop. I guess that answers where the 2nd piece went.

" Ah! Lil Jessie! How have you been?"

The woman shifted from displeasure to a smile as she saw Jessie and us. Jessie responded with a pretty friendly tone to his voice.
