Magda rushed in to attack me, it looks like she's losing herself in her anger from my accidental breaking of her hatchet. Usually, I'd be over the moon for her to be this angry and unfocused. Even now I can see openings in her stance and swing of the 2 hatchets she has in her hands. I'd be thanking whatever God could hear me if the situation was a bit more normal.
/ ThUmp! Bang!/

I jumped back to avoid Magda's attack... But my jump... It was unbalanced, I banged into a table and lost my balance. Oh no! She's going to get me!
/ Shing!/
* Bang!*

" Dammit! What are you doing!?"

I put both my arms up to try and protect my head from her hatchet strike and again... her hatchet... It's turned to stone and broken. But that's not the only weird thing. The way she swung it, the power that was in it. It didn't even move me? I mean, before that would've sent me flying into the wall, but now, I barely even felt a loss in my balance. Which mana caused this? I mean, it's so different compared to before... It's almost like she can't even do harm to me. Why is contact with my body turning her hatchets into stone?
" You!"
/ Bang!/
" AH! MY HAND!"
Magda tried to punch me, but just like her hatchets, her fist turned to stone? It effects living tissue as well? But which of my new manas is doing it? I need to find that out, quickly.
/ Pop! Thump!/

I quickly used Smokescreen again and jumped away from her. I need some more time to see what's going on. I quickly ran under a table that was a decent distance away. The smoke was covering even more of the area than before... And it even looked denser despite me using what feels like less mana? Did I accidentally use more than I thought? No... I'm... I didn't even use half compared to before. Wait...
/clink.../
It's the hatchet that got turned to stone from earlier... But... It's not stone anymore? How? Wait! Why am I asking this like I don't have an answer! Now that I was relatively safe, I could use Status Check again. I quickly activated the spell so I could find out what the hell was going on! i just need to find out everything before the smoke clears.
