Clarence continues to swing as fast as he can to lose Spider-Man, using his technology to out speed the more experienced web slinging hero. However, Spidey was showing he had much more experience in general, which annoyed the rich blonde boy. "You're persistent, I'll give you that. However, you are still human with no special suit!" He called out, doing his best to out maneuver the web head with tricks of his own. Though they weren't as skilled as Spidey's, he was still willing to try anything he could to show his suit was superior to Spider-Man's abilities.

However, the young superhero noticed his tactics and pursued him further. "You don't even know what it means to be a real hero! Your suit is awesome but what if that fails you?! What then?!" He asked, trying to get him to see just how foolish Clarence was being, even if he knew it was pointless. That's when he noticed something about those webs. They weren't as strong as Will's. They were enough to trap enemies and help him swing sure. But based on an estimation, the webs were at like 5-8% weaker in density and testile strength. "Take that out of the equation, and your web formula is also wrong! Your webs aren't as strong as-"

"They will be soon enough though! Then you will be rendered obsolete." Clarence interrupted, sounding more and more confident in himself and his suit. "With everything I own in this suit, nothing will ever be able to stop The Iron Spider!"

Just as Clarence proclaimed this, a missile came after the two in the sky. "There he is! Don't let them escape!" A Fisk's Fists officer calls out, readying another missile.

Will groans, rolling his eyes under his mask at this. "Great.....more of them....just don't go far!" Will tells Clarence before diving down to fight the officers himself. "Don't you guys have other things you could be doing? Like pretending you're helping the city instead of blasting real friendly neighborhood heros?" He quipped as he slams onto a particularly muscular officer, knocking him down. He looks around to see several more coming after him. "Of course it's never easy....."

Meanwhile, the Iron Spider was about to swing down to help the friendly neighborhood wall crawler, only to be stopped by several more of Fisk's Fists that were a block away, ready to fight. "Don't you heathens ever learn? You cannot stop the Iron Spider! For I am unstoppable!" He proclaimed, attacking two soldiers in the front, punching one and kicking the other. While he wasn't anywhere near as agile as the real Spider-Man, his suit protected from the gunfire headed toward him, which gave him the chance to counter with his mechanical spider legs, whacking the enemies he was fighting to knock them out.

From his point, Will was fighting other soldiers in his way while trying to get back to Clarence. But upon seeing the mechanical legs, his eyes widen in shock and a hint of envy. "Why didn't I think of that?! That could be so handy!" He shouted in irritation before dodging an officer, kicking him in the face. "Gotta focus.... can't let these chumps beat me." He said, focusing back on his own fight so he could get to Clarence faster.

Back with the rich blonde boy, he was finishing up some of Fisk's Fists, watching more swarm in with more weapons. "I see you just don't ever learn. Then I suppose I am the perfect educator for you." He said in a condescending tone, knocking out several more soldiers with his technology. 'I may have to assist Spider-Man. He seems to be struggling. But then again, he doesn't have the technology I possess to be a true hero. So I suppose I'll help him when I get the chance.' He thought to himself, his voice filled with confidence.

Just as Clarence defeats the last soldier, the Armadillo-Man appears near him, smirking at the Iron Spider. "So this is the one causing so much trouble? You don't seem so tough." He said confidently, showing off some claws in his suit.

This didn't deter Clarence though, instead, making him stare at the strange new addition. "Am armadillo now? First such minor threats like these, and now a pathetic rodent? What? Was The Rat-Man too occupied?" He kicked him, smirking under his helmet.

The Armadillo themed villain showed now true emotion to Clarence's taunts, smirking at him confidently. "You're no Spider-Man. Just a pretender thinking you have a chance against threats. Let's see how those get you by the time I'm finished with you." He challenged as he rolls in a ball, charging at the Iron Spider without hesitation.

Clarence, not expecting this strategy, watched with a stunned expression before getting hit by the attack. He got slam  med into a wall harshly, and struggled slightly to get out of the rubble. "Was not expecting that....but now I suppose I should stop....how you say, messing around." He said as he went after the strange Armadillo humanoid, throwing punches at his shell. However, none of his attacks were doing anything to him. "This is impossible.... surely my attacks are-"

"Oh sorry, were you attacking me? I couldn't tell." Armadillo-Man taunted before suddenly kicking Clarence in the chest, watching him stagger back. "Confused? Well think of my shell as armor. Only I don't require fancy technology for it." He continued to taunt, smirking at the Iron Spider's struggle to get back up.

Clarence was becoming increasingly frustrated with the taunting. "This can't possibly be! My suit is flawless! There's no defeating me in this!" He shouts out, charging in with reckless abandon, firing web missiles to hopefully pin this armadillo themed villain to the ground. However, he was able to roll away from the attack.

Armadillo-Man chuckled to himself, satisfied with the results of what his opponent was doing. "Flawless? Maybe if you're fighting lowly soldiers. But against someone like me? With experience?" Mid-spin, the villain launched what appeared to be a small EMP device that lands on the Iron Spider suit, shorting it out, then shutting it down, and making it completely powerless.

The rich blonde boy began to panic, trying to desperately move in his suit, to no avail. In the end, all he could do was panic as he sees his suit getting dark from the inside. In fact, he was lucky he could see anything from in the lenses right now! Or perhaps not lucky, because all he could see was Armadillo-Man, towering above him menacingly. "This can't be! My suit-"

"Is just another gadget. But for you? It's the only way you're ever going to be a threat to any villains." Armadillo-Man interrupted with a smirk. "Without it? You're just another man, trying so desperately to be something he's not. Trying to be a bigger deal than he actually is." He added on, crushing Clarence's pride. "Don't worry.....I'll assure that no one remembers you." He then said with a menacing tone.

Meanwhile, Will was just finishing up defeating Fisk's Fists that were in the area, rescuing as many citizens as he could from their reckless shooting. "That was the last one......" He webs them to the ground. "Now I can-" he then looks up to see.....an Armadillo humanoid towering over Clarence, and his suit wasn't even doing anything. "Oh no....." He mumbled to himself, fearing the worst happened. He could make out a few words... something about him being just a man. 'I told him this would go wrong!' He thought to himself, jumping towards the strange villain, praying that he wouldn't be too late to save him......

(Editor's note: I'm getting better at posting chapters now! Hopefully I'm keeping a somewhat invested audience and executing chapters well still! I just wanted to have a gag villain be introduced to show our hero still has D lister villains on occasion.....plus to show how out of his league Clarence truly is...... anyway hope you're enjoying so far! :3)
