To Drown A Hydro-Man!

On his way to Queens, Morris was using his water abilities to skid across the water at high speeds, getting across to find his main target. At long last, after having lost his woman to that man, after hearing of her death, the water villain was about to get his revenge. Or at least he was going to hunt him down to kill him. "This time.... nothing is going to save you, Peter Parker." He said to himself as he soon reaches Astoria. Now he was another step closer to reaching Queens, and more importantly, where Peter Parker was living.

It didn't take long before he was caught in a solid wall made out of webbing. Looking up after crashing into it, Morris sees Spider-Man on a rooftop. "Y'know, I find it pretty rude that you were so willing to just brush me to the side. I bet you wouldn't treat DareDevil like this. But don't worry, I forgive you, especially since I'll get to kick your butt anyway." He quipped casually.

Morris grits his teeth in anger, annoyed by the taunting way the web head was acting. But most of all, he was infuriated by how much he was trying to stop him. "I. Am. SICK! OF YOUR INTERFERENCE!" He shouts with no control of his rage, shooting himself upward, raising his now massive water fist to punch the web head.

The wall crawler sees his attack ready and aimed. He could feel his spider sense warning him of the danger he was in, and remembered his earlier suspicions. So he dodged through the attack, and punched his jaw, watching him stumble back slightly. "But if I don't interfere, then I don't get my award for most interferences for bad guys!" He joked as he dodged another attack, then kicks his chest, seeing him reel back. All of this was proving his theory perfectly.

The water villain clutches his chest, his eyes filled with intense rage he couldn't control. "I don't understand.....I should practically be invincible! How are you hurting me?!" He screamed out, trying to blast him with more water.

Will was able to dodge, firing his electric impact webbing at the villain, who felt every hit. "It's because your molecules are less stable. Not to where you're falling apart, but each time you attack, your entire being becomes solid enough to be hurt by almost any attack. He answered, uppercutting his jaw before moving back.

Morris's eyes widen in shock at the revelation. This....can't be true. And yet......he was actually doing it. He was feeling real pain....pain from various punches and kicks.....but....he never experienced this with the original Spider-Man! At least.....not as often as now! Could it be due to his aging that his powers worked differently? Did the original Spider-Man do something to him years ago and he was only just now noticing???? Whatever the case, Hydro-Man screamed out in pure, unrestrained rage. "THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!" He screamed out as he blasts him with a massive amount of water, which the wall crawler dodged. However, in the spot Spider-Man was just standing, was a hole that looked as if a drill created it. "YOU RUINED EVERYTHING FOR ME!" he shouts again, blasting him with even more water.

The web slinger was able to dodge again, and see the damage he was creating. 'Great. It looks like he accidentally figured out the downside to that solidifying stuff ... downside for me that is. The more he solidifies, the more powerful his attacks can be. On top of that, he can potentially blast me with more water, by increasing his own water pressure!' He thinks to himself, while dodging the attacks and trying to come up with another plan all at once. But it didn't matter what he tried to come up with, nothing truly sounded like a good idea, so he kept rapid firing his electric impact webbing, watching some of them hit the villain, while others would be blocked by his water he shoots up from the ground.

"Yours shitty tricks won't work forever Spider-Man. You're bound to run out, and then I'll really drown you, for good." Hydro-Man threatened as he towers over his foe. He would make multiple constructs from his fist out of water.... sledgehammers, mallets, cannons, drills, anything he could use to kill the wall crawler. The only thing that truly hit was the sledgehammer though.
