Spider-Man Meets The Sinister Seven!

The next morning, Saturday......Will wakes up and stretches, doing his typical morning routine. Push-ups, sit-ups, stretches, and shower. Once he steps out, he heads downstairs and gets ready to cook breakfast. But as he steps out, the curly haired boy's eyes widen in shock as he sees his mom already cooking breakfast. "Good morning sleepyhead. I figured I'd wake up earlier to make everyone pancakes for breakfast this morning." She said with a soft smile. "Don't worry. The bakery will be fine. I got one of my employees to keep an eye on things until I get back."

Will chuckles as he heads to the kitchen, sitting down at the table. "Thanks mom. But you didn't have to do that. I could've taken care of things." He told his mom, getting comfortable in his chair.

"Nonsense. You're always taking care of your siblings and me. it's about time you let someone else take over the responsibilities for once." Ruby said simply as she hands Will a plate of pancakes.

The curly haired troublemaking boy could instantly see the chocolate chips in the pancakes and immediately got excited. His mom always knew how to cook the best dishes, especially breakfast. "Thanks mom......both for breakfast and reminding me of how I should let people.....take care of me too......it's just.....well when Dad was so busy, and having to take care of Kenny and Misty....."

"I know sweetie. You've had to grow up much faster than most other boys......." Ruby said softly, running her fingers through her son's hair. "you put so much of that responsibility on your shoulders and didn't have time to focus on yourself.......but......now you do." She then said as she sees the last of her kids hurry down. "Good morning to you both as well. Get ready. Pancakes are gonna be coming out soon." She said with a bright smile, flipping her pancakes over and then adding chocolate chips.

The curly haired boy started eating his pancakes with a bright smile himself, letting himself truly enjoy this time he had with his family. Each bite was warm, fluffy and chocolatey for him to enjoy, and the love of his family truly made him feel happy. It reminded him of why he was Spider-Man......what he was fighting for.......to protect the people he loves, and any others that'd need him. So that they could live more peaceful lives. "I guarantee you guys, mom'll have more for us coming up any minute." He tells his siblings, ruffling their hair with a soft laugh before eating his pancakes.

As he continues eating, Will watched as his siblings and mom finally got the chance to eat their pancakes. The way his family was eating together, chatting, joking together.......it all felt incredible to him. But more importantly, it motivated him to fight harder, to fight not just to save people, but to survive for more opportunities to eat together like this.....to be a family. Once he finished his meal, he puts his dish in the sink and starts to wash it. "Thanks for breakfast mom. I gotta get to work." He said before hugging his mom, then siblings tightly.

Ruby hugs her son back tightly. "Okay.....you be careful out there son......with those supervillains still out there, things are still pretty dangerous. Do your best to avoid them for me, okay?" She requested as she held him tighter. When she felt Will nod his head against her shoulder, she smiled before slowly releasing him. "You're growing up so fast.......I'm so glad I'm getting a chance to see that growth every day." She whispered softly as she watched the curly haired boy run out as fast as he could.

Once out the door, the curly haired boy started his run to find an empty alleyway for him to change into his Spider-Man suit. Once he did, Will ran up to it, and bounced off the walls, all while taking off his civilian clothes and wrapping them up in a web cocoon for safe keeping. He then hid the clothes on a very hidden wall and swings off to find any traces of the seven dangerous supervillains. "Mr. Parker, I sure hope you have news on the seven bad guys I gotta hunt. Because I'm just getting started on my patrol." He said in the coms.
