After defeating the Sinister Seven, and having a chat with Wilson Fisk, Will enters the Parker house through the back window. He then closed it and takes off the mask, breathing heavily. "I think that should do it for the day.......we beat the seven most deadly villains we ever faced....." The curly haired troublemaking boy said, catching his breath.

Peter turned in his chair, a small but proud and forming on his face. "You mean YOU did it kid.....you're the one who defeated them by yourself. You came up with the strategies, you fought them all, you defeated each of them with your skills." He tells Will, slowly walking towards him, cane in hand. He then placed another hand on his protege's shoulder. "You still got some things to learn, but you're doin amazing......you're keeping New York safe ......but you know this means that Fisk is going to be a much bigger threat and come after you much more often now I hope." He adds on, showing concern.

Will nods his head in agreement. "Yeah I know. I'm not sure what he'll try, but I know I've got a big target over my head now. Cliche bad guy things since he's got financial power and....other kinds of power. But I won't let him bully me into surrendering." He said with determination, smiling at his mentor. "You taught me that.....and I wanna be the hero you were."

The retired superhero looks at Will, understanding his determination. "Yeah kid.....you're gonna do just that. You've already given the city more hope for a better future .....but in order to be a truly amazing Spider-Man? You've got one more extremely important lesson to learn."

Will's eyes widen in shock and fascination. Another lesson? What else was he missing? Or rather, what would he need to do in order to be the Spider-Man he wanted to be? "One more lesson? What's that?" He asked with curiosity.

Peter smirked, patting his protege's shoulder. "You'll just have to figure that out for yourself." He slightly teased. "Now get home kid. I'm sure your family's waiting for you. And remember, you got Carnivorous to deal with soon enough." He tells Will as he lightly nudges him out towards the door.

Will laughs as he heads towards the door. "Okay okay fine I'll go. I'll take care of that bridge when I cross it." He promises with a smile. "Hey.....Mr. Parker?..... thanks.....for everything......I don't think I'd be the man I am today without you guiding me." He then said before leaving.

As he watched the curly haired boy running down the streets of Queens, Peter thinks back to when he first met Will before turning away and grabs an old photo of him with Mary Jane. "You would've loved to meet this kid MJ.....he's definitely a brave one......" He muttered to himself with a sad smile before putting the photo down. Not long afterwards, he sees a puff of pink smoke and turns to face it. "Ah.... Madam Webb...... come to give me one of your old riddles again?" He lightly joked.

The older woman looks at the previous Spider-Man with a very serious expression. "Do you think he is ready for what is to come?" She asked, her hands clasped in front of her.

The retired superhero sighs as he sits in his chair by his computers. "He's close...... he'll be ready.......I know it."

Madam Webb's expression becomes more serious as she looks at Peter. "He best be..... because soon, the biggest most difficult challenge of his life will arrive, and he will have to deal with that on his own......" She tells him. "This will determine if he is truly the one worthy of the title of Spider-Man or not......and for your faith and trust in him, I do hope he is......."

Meanwhile, Will was running as fast as he can for about 30 minutes before reaching Harlem, and then changed to a steady jog, unaware of Peter and Madam Webb talking to one another. He then reaches the Richardson home and enters. "Mom, Kenny, Misty? I'm home!" He calls out, throwing his backpack to the side as he sees his younger siblings run up to him, hugging the both of them.
