Shutting Down?! Meeting The Flying Stinging Assassin!

On a Sunday afternoon, Will is walking down the streets with his siblings, taking them out for a little bit of bonding time with them. Since he was so busy being Spider-Man so much, he never truly gets much time to spend with family. However, after his battle with Hydro-Man, Peter decided to give him a little bit of a break..... enough time to at least spend an afternoon with his family. Unfortunately, since their mom was busy working at her bakery, the curly haired boy decided to help her out by taking care of them for a while. He held Kenny over his shoulders while holding Misty in his arms while walking. "Alright you two rambunctious munchkins, what are you both feeling like having for lunch today?" He asked them with a warm smile, feeling incredibly happy after everything he's done.

The two siblings started to shout out random types of foods they wanted to eat. Pizzas, burgers, candies.... they were both indecisive and unable to fully agree on what they wanted to eat. "I wanna have pizza!" Misty shouted, pouting in the curly haired boy's arms.

"NO! BURGERS!" Kenny shouted, his little hands balled into fists, hitting Will's head. Thankfully, Kenny wasn't that strong yet, and even more thankfully, Will's head was pretty dense and durable.

Will Chuckles softly at his younger siblings bickering, finding it honestly adorable. "I see, you both must be hangry." He lightly teased them as he pretends to ponder on what to eat. "Alright. How's The Big Cheese sound?" He asked with a grin.

The two siblings' faces instantly light up with pure unfiltered joy at his suggestion. That place had everything they liked. Pizzas, burgers and so much more. "YAY!!!! Then can we get the shakes??????" Kenny asked, sounding extremely excited as he kicks his legs up on his shoulders.

"Yeah! Can we???? Please!" Misty asked as well, pleading with her older brother with wide and adorable eyes.

The curly haired boy smiles at their shared enthusiasm, knowing that they'd both agree instantaneously. "Whatever you both want. After how you two have been helping mom around the house more, I'd say you both deserve it." He tells them warmly as he walks while carrying his siblings. Truth be told, he was kinda craving this meal himself as well. He just wasn't entirely sure what he wanted to order yet.

Once they get to the restaurant, Will opens the door to see a few less workers than usual. Even Frank Chese, was noticably less energetic compared to his typical happier self, always greeting his customers, chatting with them, trying to create some form of connection with them, seemed to be a little sadder by comparison. Once he sees Will however, his mood perked up ever so slightly. "Will....? Will my boy! Welcome in kiddo! Always good to see ya squirt..how the hell are ya?" He asked, helping the curly haired boy and his siblings to a seat. "Can I getcha something to drink?"

Will noticed something was a little....off with the restaurant owner. His greeting and service felt.....a little bit forced. As if he had something to hide. "Yeah......uhhh just a water for me, and my two siblings will have a vanilla creme soda and a cherry cola." He said, trying to act calm.

Frank could instantly tell that Will had noticed something was wrong. He knew the curly haired troublemaker far too well to not figure out when Will was suspicious of something. "Excellent choice. C'mon with me kiddo." He tells Will, who slowly sat up to follow him.

Before leaving, Will turned to both his siblings with a gentle but still firm expression. "I'll be right back. Stay here and remember, don't talk to anyone you don't know." He tells them before following Frank. He goes to the counter, leaning on it slightly on his arms. "Okay, I'm just gonna ask this bluntly. What's going on with you? You're acting weird, and not your usual fun weird. I mean like...... way too odd weird."

Frank sighs, wiping sweat off his brow with a rag. "You always were good at reading into these situations weren't you kid.....? I didn't wanna say anything about it, least of all with your siblings nearby." He says, his voice taking a more serious tone. "Fisk is wanting us to pay more rent, rent that we won't be able to afford......and we haven't been able to get as many customers lately.....if this keeps up, we'll have to close down the business for good....."
