About 15 minutes of web swinging through New York, and Will arrived in the Parker residence, stepping inside while catching his breath. "Sorry if it took me long. I had to drop off Gwen so she felt somewhat safe ya know?" He explained, taking his mask off as he sees the Parker male on his computer.

"Don't sweat it kid. You actually got here faster than I thought you would. You must be getting even faster with how you swing, and figured out new tricks." Peter said as he continues typing away on his computer, completely engrossed in his work. But as he did, he couldn't help but think about the boy's growth and progress in the last 9, almost 10 months of him being Spider-Man. He looks back at Will for a moment and remembered the kid he was before. Much angrier, filled with rage, hatred and rebellious, not trusting many individuals. Now? He was a stronger person, more focused, determined. Of course there were moments where he's still his old self, but he's far less angry by comparison, much more calm, considerably more trustworthy. Those traits were going to make him a much better Spider-Man than he ever was himself. "You ready to get back to work kid?" He asked as he turns himself to fully face the curly haired boy he called his protege.

As Peter looked at him, Will was lost in thought for a moment, thinking back on the kiss Gwen left him on the corner of his lips. What did this mean? Was she just being friendly? Did it mean something more? Or was it just because she was relieved he was okay? This entire situation confused him immensely. But when Mr. Parker asked Will if he was ready, he snapped back into focus on the reason he was actually here. "Uh- yeah. Let's get to it......so....what are we working with here?" He asked, looking more determined than before.

The retired hero nods his head, showing his protege the data he had so far. "Okay, well.....the device he wore on his back produced those energy arms. The backpack itself is made of a metal discovered in 2028 called Stelentium. A strong metal that's not quite like adamantium or vibranium, but still highly durable. It's enough to maintain pretty high concentrations of heat. Like the energy those tentacles are made out of. The heat makes it stronger." Peter explained.

Will nods his head in understanding. "So just breaking it with my fists isn't going to do it.....any other suggestions then?" He asked, hoping to have an answer.

Peter shrugs his shoulders slightly. "Try and find a way to cool it down? Or maybe try to get his arms to split focus. They tend to listen to his mental commands." He explained while typing on his computer for the next part of his explanation.

"Any ideas for who our crazy doc Ock is?" Will asked, soon noticing his mentor look at him as if he asked a stupid question. "I uh.... suppose you were about to answer.....I'll shut up now....."

Peter looks back at his computer, typing up the files of who this new villain truly is. "Doctor Orion Octavius. Son of Otto and Olivia Octavius, who both have no records of their current locations. Not even any verification if they're alive. But Orion, he's 21 and has had multiple doctorites at such a young age. With his mom's knowledge of energy manipulation through mental stimuli and his dad's knowledge of making those mechanical arms he used back in the day, and he made those to perfection." He said as he shows the data to the curly haired troublemaker.

Will studied the data carefully, trying to think of a plan for defeating Orion. "Especially since there's more than just 4 of those stupid arms.. there's six..that makes this much more difficult." He said while pondering ideas, pros and cons in his head. Sure he could dodge the attacks- or more specifically most of them-, but not forever. He wasn't as intelligent as Orion.....sure he was stronger and faster, but those arms gave him such a huge advantage. "You've fought the original Doc Ock before, do you have any tips or tricks to beat him?"

The retired hero ponders thoughts in his head, remembering back to the days of fighting Otto Octavius. The intense battles, the strategies, the times he'd have to dodge faster than his foe could strike him. Now Will was going to have to fight him? It didn't seem fair, but at the end of the day, he knew better than to think Will would back down or run. "Well, there's a chance that he could think like Otto did back in the day, especially with combat....but maybe him having as many arms as he does isn't the advantage he thinks it is." He says calmly, stroking his chin with his fingers contemplatively.

The curly haired troublemaker looks up at his mentor, understanding just what he was thinking. "Instead of trying to out think him with the biggest strategy....I need to out think him with simpler plans...." He said, the realization eminent in his voice. "I think I have an idea....." He said as he slides his mask over his face and heads out to web swing away.

Peter watched the rookie superhero swing away, his arms folded over his chest with a smirk. Seeing the young man look so excited to stop a supervillain, and help people....then his memories shift back to his own days of being Spider-Man, stopping Doc Ock and his plans. Of course he was difficult too, but defeating him was worth it....though it did make him wonder whatever happened to Otto since the last time they fought?.....but this wasn't the time to linger and think back to his own past experience. Not when he was meant to be Will's guy in the chair. Though he was continuing to question just how much longer he'd need the retired hero with how well he was doing.......but when the day comes, Parker would know.
