Meanwhile, Will was swinging through New York, searching for any other crimes he had to stop. But if he was being honest with himself, he was also hoping to run into Alex, to try and talk with him about the last fight they were teaming up to do together. But he couldn't help but think back to how dark and menacing he was before he left, and it made the curly haired boy worried. "I just wanna help him a little bit that's all. You gotta understand what I mean, wanting to help someone that's kinda similar to you." He said, talking to Peter through their coms.

The retired hero folds his hands over his face with a solumn expression. "I do understand that. I was that was with Miles, trying to be a mentor to him.....it was easier with him, because he wanted that, to be trained a little bit by me. This kid seems to not want that same guidance....." He tells him bluntly, hoping to get the curly haired boy to understand that perspective as well. "I just don't want you to get your hopes up, only to be let down."

"I get it......but I don't think he's a bad kid, just......he's in need of a little help." Will said as he lands on a rooftop, staying perfectly perched.

Peter sighs softly, sensing his stubborn protege's need to help. "Sometimes you can't save someone..... especially when they don't think they need to be saved." He advised peacefully. As he finished up his advice, a newsflash appears on his screen. "Richardson, a murder happened about 5 blocks away from you."

Will swings in the direction he was told, nervous about what he would find. "I don't like the sound of that......" He muttered to himself, trying to mentally prepare himself for what he could possibly see. Once he reached the scene, he sees the man in the Fisk's Fists armor, which was practically destroyed, laying in the alleyway. The man in the armor didn't look much better either, body practically mangled and disfigured from the beating he received. Beneath the body, was a large amount of blood from the fall. "My God.......do you think that-"

"I wish I could say no kid.....but based on what I can gather, it has to be Arachnichimp." Parker interrupted, trying to be gentle, but honest about his answer. "I think I know why he did it too. There's a news report of a Susan and Matthew St. James being murdered today. That guy must've done it and now your friend is most likely on a one man hunt for Fisk's head." He assumed, starting to see Alex's train of thought.

The curly haired troublemaking boy looks at the dead body in front of him, guilt evident in his eyes. "Do you think I can pull him out of this somehow? I mean.....save him from himself?" He asked, slightly praying for a positive answer, even though he most likely knew the answer.

The retired hero tried to look at this from multiple points of view, hoping to give a positive answer. "I wish I could give you a good answer kid......but...... maybe he has good intentions for what he wants to do.....but he's going to be far too gone and in search of revenge.....this kid....... he's going to destroy himself." He told him, knowing he couldn't avoid the answer.

The web slinger sighs heavily, knowing that answer was coming. Of course it would be.....the most difficult answer.......the hardest choices as they say. "I had a feeling you'd say something like that...." He mumbled before focusing himself back to get ready to stop Alex. "Gotta track him. He could be at any of Fisk's labs.....so what's the best way to find him if we don't know where to start?" He asked, becoming a little adjitated by what was happening.

Peter starts to type on his computer, already having an idea. "We know the super soldier serum is in his system. So once I cross-reference it into the data, it should show a specific steam of the serum itself, which your mask will be able to help you track....and to try and simplify what that means, basically, it'll track him based on the serum. All you need to do is follow the trail." He explained to his protege, smirking slightly with pride.

The rookie superhero couldn't help but smile under his mask as soon as he hears his mentor's idea. "That's perfect.....I see it." He said as he swings off to follow the necessary trail. With this, it became easier to track Alex. But as he followed, he started to think about how he should've tried harder to calm him down..... to talk with him, to help him show he understands the struggles. But now? He was forced to fight this kid who's clearly struggling. But he knew he had to do this.....he had to stop him from killing Fisk..... even though this meant he'd have to save his greatest enemy.....again.
