Back near Fisk's labs, Orion climbs back inside from a hidden entrance with his arms, doing his best to remain as quiet and subtle as possible as to not be spotted, or arise suspicion for Fisk's safety. While sore from his fight with the wall crawler, he wasn't done yet. If anything, he was just getting started. But more importantly, he was wanting to assure that everything was ready to make a new super soldier serum for their forces. But if he could defeat the annoying spider themed hero himself, he may as well try. Just make the new super soldiers for Fisk's own purposes. It couldn't hurt them to as far as he was concerned. But not long after entering the building through a tunnel, he sees Fisk with some other scientists. "Did you acquire everything necessary?" He asked the corrupt mayor with intrigue.

The man himself turns, facing his attention to Orion with a smirk. "Indeed we did. Now, we need only to make it and prepare it to make more super soldiers." He responded, keeping both of his massive hands on his cane. "I noticed how you made the wall crawling vermin struggle. Was this just a test to see if they worked? Or were you intending to kill him?" He then asked, waiting for his answer.

The mad scientist smirks at his question. "Why not both? After all, I am a scientist. How am I to determine if my technology functions properly or not?" He asked in response. "The insect was fast, and quite strong. However, he shall not now, not ever, outsmart a true genius, such as myself." He adds on, using his octo arms to raise himself up in the air.

Wilson takes a few steps closer to his employee, intrigued by his condition demeanor. "I see. Very impressive. However, it shall not be long before we finally complete a new batch of the serum. Just a matter of....three hours." He tells him honestly. "However, if you believe that you can truly defeat that pest, then by all means...."

"But of course. However, I'm going to do so much worse than just defeat him......I'm going to humiliate him, utterly destroy him with these arms. Show him the true reason to fear Doctor Octopus!" Orion states boldly, a maniacal smile spreading across his face. He truly believed he was destined to kill Spider-Man by any means necessary. However, Fisk could do whatever he wanted with the newly made super soldiers once they were ready. Just as long as he himself, could tear the web head apart himself.

The kingpin himself chuckles at his employee's confidence. "Very good. It is quite invigorating to hear such wonderful news from someone of your stature, your intelligence, your talents." He says calmly. "I assume you have a plan then?"

The young scientist nods his head. "This time, the pest is mine. He will not escape my wrath, and see what a true nemesis is like." He declared as he gets ready to leave again, ready to eliminate Spider-Man once and for all.

Wilson watched as the evil scientist leaves, already intrigued by whatever plans he may have come up with. "This will be the beginning of a true victory......" He said with a smirk, soon letting out a loud maniacal cackle at the thought of- in his own mind- in inevitable victory for all if New York. He then turns his focus on the rest of the scientists at work. "How soon can you get the super soldier serum completed?" He asked, hoping it'd be ready soon.

One brave scientist steps up with his clipboard in hand. "Well sir, if we work diligently enough, it should be done in roughly 3 hours, maybe a little less." He answered with a slightly quivering voice.

The corrupt mayor doesn't look disappointed or upset. If anything, the timing would be just fine. "Excellent. Then we shall have more than enough for what's to come. Fisk's Fists will soon be an unstoppable force. Even if Spider-Man does survive, he'll have far worse problems on his hands." He says with a smirk. "Even without Fisk's Fists out there, think of the criminals running amock out there anyway, keeping him busy and distracted. Distracted enough to not foil all my plans, my goals and ambitions. Especially since he's just one man against a near military force. He may be agile, strong, and even fast. But he's not invincible, and we are many. This city belongs to me." He says with a cold certainty in his voice.

Back with Orion, he was out for his search for the wall crawler. First thing he'd have to do was figure out how to draw him out. Of course the answer was obvious, get him to come to him by putting innocents in danger, but where exactly? Harlem? No it's too easy. Little Odessa? Not a bad idea but not quite. Time Square could be better. It's an area where people shop the most often so it'd be crowded.  "Be prepared Spider-Man, for this time? This will be your final battle." He says to himself while using his octo arms to move out to Time Square. For his own personal mission- no.....his own personal vendetta was about to commence on his own terms

(Editor's note: relatively short chapter this time, but it's going to be totally worth it next chapter! Hope you're enjoying so far! :3)
