(S/D)- Side dish
You were a year younger than your seven older sisters. Ty Lee invited you to come to Ember Island you agreed because you probably got along with Ty Lee the best. The truth was you were an earth bender to a fire nation family, and it hurt to see some of your sisters practicing their fire bending when you couldn't do the same. Your parents treated it like a curse, you figured that you would be able to forget your problems for a bit.
"Isn't this exciting (N/N)?" Ty Lee asks cheerfully, jumping up and down in excitement when you got on the island.
"Calm down Ty, it's only the first day" you reply, shouldering your duffel.
"Come on, we should probably get to our quarters" Azula points out. As you were unpacking you saw your other duffel wriggling, a red and white head stuck out. You sighed, of course your fire ferret, Nagi got into your duffel. She does practically follow you everywhere.
"What is that?" Mai asks, noticing your surprise guest.
"Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! It's been forever since I've seen Nagi!" Ty Lee squeals. Nagi flinches and quickly sits on your shoulders, thinking there was danger.
"Nagi? Who the heck is Nagi?" Azula asks, walking in. She saw Nagi and Nagi saw her, hissing at her.
"Oh, that rat" let's just say Ty Lee brought Nagi with her to show Azula when they were kids. Let's just say she isn't allowed to be in the castle without a leash. Ty Lee took Nagi from you and began petting her and cooing. Nagi gave you a look like 'save me or kill me now'.
"I'll hold onto Nagi while you finish packing (N/N)" Ty Lee says.
"Fine, but stay in the cabin, remember the last time Nagi got loose?" Ty Lee shivered at the memory.
"Got it, can we at least go on the balcony?" Ty Lee asks.
"It's ok with me" I reply.
"Yay!" You didn't have too much to go so you finished fairly quickly.
"Nagi!" You called and your fire ferret quickly ran over and sat on your shoulders. Nuzzling your cheek and purring contentedly. You pat her head and followed the others to the beach. You grabbed some toys in a bag for Nagi since it was your plan to play with her. She ,surprisingly, brought her favorite toys with her. Yep your ferret was a smart one. You got to the beach and immediately guys swarmed Ty Lee. Some tried to flirt with Azula but she scared them off and Mai just ignored them. You were a little surprised that Zuko wasn't glaring at the guys who were trying to flirt with her. Based on what Ty Lee told you, you thought they were a lovey dovey couple, perhaps Zuko trusts her enough to leave her alone with guys who were obviously interested in her. You kinda sat in a sort of secluded area and played catch with Nagi. There were a ton of rocks around for her to jump on to reach higher and hit the ball back.

After awhile you figured it was close to lunchtime so you and Nagi rejoined the others with toys in hand.
"There you are (Y/N)" Azula addresses, coming out of a nearby cafe."You don't have any plans tonight do you?"
"Plans? No...why?" You ask.
"Good, cause tonight we're attending a party, and put that rat on a leash" Nagi hissed at her and she growled, causing Nagi to whimper.
"By the way everyone else is inside" she adds before leaving. This was the first time you met Azula and to be honest you didn't really like her. You automatically figured Zuko would be no different. You walk in and Ty Lee waves excitedly to you with both her arms.
"(N/N)! Over here!" Ty Lee exclaims. You took a seat next to Ty Lee and Zuko.
"Where were you?" Zuko asked you, turning his head slightly towards you.
