-While having a mini-debate as to whether or not Shikamaru actually likes you

-You guys talked about your training
-Eventually Shikamaru got fed up with the small talk
-Just came straight out and was like 'I like you (Y/N)'
-He looked so serious about it...it was kinda hot

-Still calls you troublesome and idiot
-You like to call him Shika
-Shikamaru's strategetic, even with affection
-Waits for one week before holding your hand while you're walking together
-You blush but don't say anything
-You do hold his hand tighter tho
-Believe it or not Shikamaru is nervous about your first kiss
-He doesn't want to rush into anything
-But he feels that as your boyfriend he should kiss you at least once
-You were taking naps next to each other one day under a tree
-Shikamaru rolled over and watched you sleep
-Gave you a small kiss on the forehead
-You totally woke up three seconds after
-Crap, I forgot she was a light-sleeper
