DAMON:

He's gentle with you, holds you close to him and planting soft little kisses on your forehead.

STEFAN:

He tries to get you to talk about it and once he realizes that that is a fail he just holds you telling you how much he's in love with you.

KLAUS:

He demands to know who hurt you then threatens to kill them but you obviously tell him no so he takes you out for the night, cancelling all his plans.

ELIJAH:

He hates seeing you so upset so he talks to you in a soothing voice trying to get you to calm down. He would always wrap you in a hug and kiss your head.

KOL:

He never leaves your side so no one has the chance to hurt you. He is always there protecting you from any type of dangers, from drunk men trying to flirt to supernatural beings trying to hunt and kill you.

KAI:

He doesn't understand why things would hurt your feelings but he doesn't care, he goes to whoever hurt you and gives them an ultimatum, apologize or die.
