"Are you serious?" Scaramouche angrily asked as he glared in my direction.
"I am." The Tsaritsa answered him coldly.
Scaramouche scoffed, "Why do I need to watch her? Doesn't someone else have the time and patience? What about Pantalone or even Dottore?"
Dottore laughed, "Sure I could use a new test subject."
His eyes gleamed with excitement and my face scrunched up in disgust.
"I am not going with him." I said shaking my head.
Dottore grinned, "Whats wrong can't handle a needle or two?"
It was my turn to laugh, "Absolutely not. Especially when those needles will most likely instantly kill me!"
He shrugged his shoulders unable to disagree with me there.
"I have my own missions and objectives to worry about. She would just be an annoyance!" Scaramouche protested.
"Not another word Scaramouche," The Tsaritsa spoke, "She is in your care now. That is final."
Scaramouche gave her a nasty look before flaring his anger toward me.
His eyes were full of anger and I just knew the two of us were going to have issues. I waited for him to make another comment, but instead of speaking Scaramouche turned away and walked toward the door.
I blinked watching as he left. He didn't look back and opened up the doors letting them fall behind him as he left.
"Is he leaving?" I asked out loud.
"Indeed," Dottore responded, "You'd better go catch him."
That was an option... but I didn't think I wanted to take it.
"Unless of course you'd like to be a tes—"
Before Dottore could finish his sentence I was already hurrying toward the door to catch up.
He let out a loud chuckle from behind me as I opened the doors and slipped into the hallway. From a distance I could see Scaramouche making his way toward the final exit.
"Hey!" I called out running after him.
Scaramouche didn't stop until he reached the door. When I caught up to him he let out an irritated sigh.
