HOW DO WE DEFINE STRESSED LIFE?
Can't be helped. Each one of us is mentioning these favourite word. Stressed! How terrible it can be? Sorrily there is no instrument to measure level of stress and pressure in life. What sort of stress can that be? How does it occurs?
1. Inability to produce certain standard that we personally anticipated.
2. Afraid that failure will be connected to our weaknesses, tainting our human ego
3. Blindly adhering standard sets by people around us
4. Seriously avoiding blames that we think will be hurled at us. Stupid, inconsiderate, not a good mother, not fair, selfish etc.
5. Physiologically afraid to be lumped into a group of unsuccessful people. Being a Bad Role Model.
6. Illusion to be at par with any idols that we ourselves select and admire.
7. failure to look at personal capability, life and surroundings comprehensively.There are many factors leading us to unnecessary stress, inviting it into our cirle. Family, institution, self, societal expectations are major contributers. As a unit, be sure to find and recognized yourself as a whole and do some simple basic questionings of your movements and tracks. Some "stressful situation" has to be nursed by professionals.
It's a pity when human whine and cry over his handicap as a person. Surely there are many ways to lead a stresslessness kind of living. Are you able to LET GO? Have you mastered the art of letting go? It is complicated for sure.
Get out of this circle as soon as you can.
