The loud music blared from the speakers. Smoke filled the crowded house. I made my way through the sea of couples and drunks as I tried to find the kitchen.

"Hey y/n," i turned my head in the direction I heard the voice and instantly smiled.

"Louis," he brought me into a warm hug, "how have you been?"

"Really good actually, I'm actually engaged." He said smiling widely.

"That's amazing. I'm so happy for you." I said as he poured me a drink.

"You have got to be kidding me." I froze when I heard the all too familiar deep voice.

I turned around to meet his brown eyes. He was leaning against the sink as he rubbed his temples. Something he did whenever he was stressed.

"Well it was nice seeing you, I have to go find Samantha." He said as he handed me by drink.

I nodded before he walked off and closed my eyes tightly before turning back around.

"What are you doing here?" I asked bitterly.

"Trying to have a good time, but doesn't seem like that's going to happen." He said rolling his eyes.

I brought the drink to my lips and let the burning liquid roll down my throat.

"You drink?" He asked pushing his brows together. His arms were now crossed over his chest, and his eyes were studying me making me more self conscious.

"Yeah," I shrugged as I poured myself another drink.

"I thought you hated alcohol." He said sounding confused.

"things change," I said looking back at him, "but you already know that." I said before taking a small sip.

"Oh my gosh," I looked away from shawn to see my old best friend molly with a shocked expression, "y/n!" She yelled excitedly before engulfing me into a hug.

I smiled and hugged her back, "I've missed you so much!"

"I've missed you too, how have you been?" She asked once we pulled away.

"I've been good," I lied and forced a smile.

"Molly are you coming?" She turned her head to a tall blonde pointing to a group of other people.

"Yeah, hold on," she turned her attention back to me, "do you want to play truth or dare with us?" She asked.

"Yeah, sure." I shrugged.

She smiled, "yay!" She took my hand in hers before seeing shawn. Her smile quickly faded as she looked back at me.

"Nice to see you too molly." He said smiling a little.

"Shut up, and just follow." She said rolling her eyes.

We all went into one of the spare guest rooms and plopped down wherever we could. Molly sat down beside me on the bed, and everyone else sat around on the floor.

"Okay, so who wants to go first." She asked.

"I'll do it," the guy that called for her earlier said.

"Okay, Brad truth or dare?" She asked raising an eyebrow.

"Dare." He said confidently.

"Hmm, okay," she smirked when the dare came to her mind, "I dare you to take a body shot off of Jessica."

Jessica's eyes widened as brad smiled. "Easy." He shrugged as another guy handed him a bottle of tequila. Jessica leaned back and pulled up her shirt allowing him to pour the alcohol and take the shot.
