"I want you to resign from the Scouts."

Levi didn't say it in any demanding or harsh tone, in fact, it was very sincere and kind of desperate.

"But how come?"

"There isn't a reason for you to stay, besides you spend more time at the orphanage than you do at HQ." Levi replied.

"The only reason was because I was pregnant and you told me to. But aren't they going to need my power?" I wondered.

"If we were desperate, but right now I don't want you to put yourself at any sort of risk, you need to think about Lilliana."

"I understand, and I suppose you wouldn't be able to do the same?" I wondered, already knowing the answer.

"I would if I could, but they need me... I want to know that you and Lilliana are safe at all times, is that too much to ask?" Levi asked, cupping my cheek.

"Of course not. All that I ask is that you always stay safe as well." I mentioned.

"I always am." Levi replied, leaning forward and pressing his lips against mine.

Lilliana let out another coo sound and we both gazed at her.

"Would you like to see our new home?" Levi asked, as he gently stroke Lilliana's thick black hair.

"I would love to." I cheerfully replied.

I wrapped Lilliana in a blanket that was strapped to my chest would be easier to move around. She seemed quite comfortable which was relieving.

Levi and I went by carriage. It wasn't too long until we arrived and when I saw it, I had mixed feelings about it.

It was sort of isolated but it was surrounded by many trees which was nice. Like Levi said, it wasn't too big but it was big enough for us.

"What do you think?" Levi asked, as we walked towards the house.

"It looks nice." I replied.

"Want to look inside?"

I nodded and Levi took my hand and lead me to the door. He pulled a key out of his pocket and opened the door.

"Wow, it's so much nicer inside." I commented.

We walked in and walking into the dining room. The furniture was definitely fancy and looked very expensive.

"Did the furniture come with the house?" I wondered.

"No, I had the house completely refurnished. The old furniture was old and in bad shape. I wanted you both to have the best." Levi explained.

"You didn't have to buy so much..." I murmured.

Levi was still holding my hand and walked me into the kitchen which looked very nice. Then he took me into a room which would be Lilliana's room.

It was so beautiful and luxurious, almost suited for a princess.

"This is incredible, Levi..." I whispered, smiling.

"Put her in her new crib." Levi suggested.

He helped me untie the wraps and I managed to put her down without waking her. We slowly exited the room and continued down the hall.

Levi opened another door which led us into a large bedroom with a large bed.

"And this is our room?" I wondered.
