Finally, everyone was allowed to leave. Hange, Levi and Erwin took Eren to a room to get him cleaned up.

"Well then, that went better than I expected." Hange stated. I was cleaning his wounds.

"Does it hurt?" I asked.

"Yeah." He answered.

"Yeah? Describe it to me." Hange said.

"Give him a break. He probably just had the worst beating of his life." I stated. Erwin stepped forward.

"Sorry for all that, but the theatrics did get you placed in our custody." Erwin commented.

"No, I understand." Eren responded.

"I can assure you the pain was worth it. We played our trump card at the perfect time. You have my upmost respect." Erwin said, holding his hand out. Eren was surprised. "Eren, I'm glad that you're on our team."

"M-Me too! Glad to be here, sir!" Eren muttered, shaking his hand. Levi walked over and sat down next to Eren, which he leaned away in fear.

"So Eren, you don't resent me now, do you?" He asked.

"N-No sir. I can see what you did was necessary, Sir." He replied.

"Good, then you understand." Levi replied.

"Yes, but did you have to beat the living daylights out of him? I'm surprised he's still alive." I pointed out.

"I did what I had to do. You can't complain, he's in our custody now, if we have to, you and I will kill him." Levi pointed out, looking at me. I sighed.

"I understand."

"Still, don't you think you went too far? I mean you knocked his tooth out!" Hange pointed out. She was holding it in a handkerchief.

"You picked it up? How disgusting." Levi scolded.

"This is a precious sample I'll have you know." She said.

"Just be glad people like that aren't dissecting you." Levi pointed out.

"Don't compare us to them. I wouldn't dream of killing him, right (y/n)?" Hange looked up at me.

"Yes, we can't kill him without any idea of what he is. I promise not to poke and prod you with knives." I stated, placing my hands on my hips. I then noticed something. "Hey, open your mouth for a second." I requested.

"Huh? Why?" He asked.

"Just do it." I said. Eren reluctantly opened his mouth. Hange and I both noticed it.

"Your tooth.... It grew back." Hange pointed out.

"As to be expected from a titan shifter. If he can heal like any other titan, the I'm sure he won't die easily anyway." I mentioned. Eren closed his mouth.

"Alright then, I'll have Eren come with me with my squad. (y/n), you'll come with me too. Your knowledge would be most helpful." Levi requested, looking at me.

"Yes, absolutely, sir." I answered.

"Also, do you plan on going to Shiganshina with us?" Levi asked. I stopped for a moment.

"Yes sir. If father has really gone outside the walls, I have a gut feeling he must be heading towards there anyway. Upon my own life, I will find the truth." I explained, clenching my fists.

"Right. You can't go out there if you don't even know how to defend yourself. With that said, you'll be trained by me." Levi exclaimed. I gasped.

"Hang on! I know how to defend myself just fine!" I blurted.

"Alright, so I'll throw you outside the walls by yourself and see how you do against a titan." Levi mocked. I felt annoyed by his statement.

"That's enough Levi. But (y/n), what he said isn't wrong. Maybe some training will do you good. How do you even know how to fight anyway?" Erwin asked.

"I... I live underground so, I learned from someone, and my father as well." As soon as I said that, Levi's eyes averted straight to mine.

"Underground? You live in the underground city?" He asked.

"Yes sir." I answered. Levi stood up and walked out of the room. What was that?

"What's his deal?" Hange wondered.

"We should head back to HQ, we will need to organise Levi's squad." Spoke Erwin.

"Yes sir." We all replied.
