We all gasped. He did?! He can't even control his ability?! He looked over at Mikasa. She looked frustrated.

"And who is this Mikasa Ackerman?"

"Me, that would be me, Sir." She spoke up.

"Alright then, is it true that Eren assaulted you while in titan form?" He questioned.

She glanced over at Eren, with frustration.

"Yes, all of that is true." She responded. Everyone was shocked. Many started whispering and spouting insults toward Eren again. He looked just as shocked. Does he not remember? Did he lose complete control?

"However, he also saved my life, twice before and in each circumstance, he was using his titan ability. The first, shortly Trost fell I was nearly killed by a titan, but then Eren came. He stepped in and protected me. The second time, he transformed to shield Armin and I from canon fire. I implore you to take these facts into consideration." Mikasa explained.

Way to go Mikasa, hopefully your statements will help.

"Objection! I have a strong belief that personal feelings play a large part in her testimony. Let it be known that Mikasa Ackerman was orphaned by a young age and was subsequently taken in by the Yeager family. Once more, our own investigation into this matter led to a most shocking discovery. Eren Yeager and Mikasa Ackerman, at the tender age of nine, dealt with three adult kidnappers by stabbing all of them to death." Nile explained. I was shocked.

"Granted, this was done in self-defence, but that said, one cannot help but question the violent nature of the act. Knowing all of this should we really invest in this? Money! Manpower! Perhaps the very fates of us all!" Nile spouted out, with anger.

I stepped forward.

"Objection! I can tell you that if any of you were kidnapped, you'd do anything you could to stay alive, no matter the case! If the Ackerman clan is nearly wiped out, of course kidnappers are going to go after her and sell her off as a slave. I know very well what this family has been through! My father has an alliance with them!! They are worth more than you weak pigs!" I shouted, feeling my anger building up. I noticed Levi had a shocked expression.

"Doctor Zaki is has an alliance with the Ackerman family? And here I thought he studied titans. That bird brain can't even keep himself in check with his own brat of a daughter." Mocked a merchant. I clenched my jaw.

"How dare you mock my father! If it weren't for him, you would all be dead right now! You mock the ones who fight for you when all you do is gamble and hide under your beds when you get scared!!" I bellowed. Levi placed a hand on my shoulder and pulled me back.

"You need to calm down, this isn't helping the case." Levi scolded. I tried my best to calm down but how can I when my own father is mocked for his assistance to humanity? I took a deep breath.

"Maybe she's a titan! And even the Zaki brat too! Only reason for consoling and studying the damn things!" The merchant pointed at Mikasa and I. I gasped, she looked just as shocked.

"That's absurd!" I shouted.

"Dissect them too just to be safe!"

"Now hold on a second! Maybe I'm a monster that you want dead, but you leave them out of this!! They are innocent!!" Eren bellowed.

"Like we trust you!"

"It's the truth!" He bellowed. He was getting angrier at the second.

"STOP IT!!" Eren bellowed, pulling on his chains. Levi began to walk away.

"L-Levi?" I murmured.

Everyone got scared from Eren's sudden action.

"You're wrong... About it all... You're so obsessed with pushing selfish agendas... you're blind in what's in front of you!" Eren spoke.

"Wait, what do you mean?" Nile asked.

"What does it even matter? None of you have even seen a titan, so why are you so afraid, huh?! There's no sense in having power if you're not going to use it to fight! If you're too scared to fight for your lives, then fine! Let me do it! You!! You're all cowards!! Just up and put all your faith in me!!!!" Eren bellowed. Everyone was shocked from his sudden outburst.

"Take aim dammit!" Nile ordered the soldier next to him. He pulled out his gun and aimed it at Eren. I gasped. 

No!! No, no!!

"Wait! Stop!!" I shouted. 

Suddenly, Levi kicked him around the face. I saw his tooth went flying. I gasped. What's he doing?!

Levi suddenly began beating the crap out of him. Mikasa looked mortified. I rushed over to her. She looked as if she was going to step in by Armin stopped her.

"Wait, Mikasa!" He warned, grabbing hold of her.

"I'm sorry, but it's best not to interfere." I said. She looked over at me.

"(y/n)..."

We looked over at Eren who was bleeding a lot from his head. Levi stomped his head to the ground.

"You know personally, I think nothing instils discipline like pain. You don't need a good talking to, what you need is to be taught a lesson, and you happened to be in perfect kicking position." Levi stated, as he began kicking and beating him again.

Is he doing this, so the MP's know that he can be dealt with?

I looked away from the sight. I can't bare it.

"Now hold on Levi." Nile called out.

"What is it?"

"It's dangerous, what if he gets angry and turns into a titan?" Nile asked, with fear written across his face. Levi kicked Eren once again.

"Don't be silly." He scruffed him by the hair. "After all, you guys just wanna dissect him, don't you?" He asked. He looked down at Eren again. "During the time he was transformed, they say that Yeager was able to kill twenty titans before he finally ran out of energy. As an enemy, his intelligence makes him all the more dangerous, but I can still take him down without a problem. But not to worry, the Zaki girl will be happy with running the experiments on him. I think he should be in her custody, with me making sure he doesn't get out of line." Levi explained, glancing over at me.

Eren be in my custody?! Yes, that would be beneficial, but will the court even allow it?

"Before you torment the beast you better think: could you actually kill him?" Levi questioned.

Erwin raised his hand.

"Sir, I have a proposition." He spoke.

"Proceed."

"There's still too much we don't know, and no doubt his danger will be underrepresent. As such I suggest this: Eren Yeager be placed in Doctor Zaki's and Captain Levi's supervision, and will conduct a recon mission outside of the wall." Erwin explained.

"And Yeager will join you on this excursion?"

"Yes sir. And you can look upon the mission's result yourself. If Eren successfully control his ability, then he has proven his value to mankind."

"Eren Yeager will be closely supervised? And if he should lose control?"

"I can definitely kill him if it comes to that." Levi answered.

"I will also hold responsibility for his actions, sir." I added.

"Then I have made my choice."
