All this time... She was alive? All this time, she had to live twenty years of this nightmare? Mother... She doesn't seem to be in control of herself anymore, she's just like the others, an eating machine monster.

I looked down and noticed Eren and Mikasa looking at her with shock and terror. Do they know her? I heard Eren's mother was eaten by a smiling titan, did mother eat her?

If I tried to grab her attention, she would try to eat me, she's not my mother anymore... she's just a regular titan that needs to be taken down. "If it makes you happy, Mama. If I can protect everyone, I wanna protect you too." I mentioned, as I grasped onto her hand. She giggled, and her smile grew bigger.

I wanted to protect her, but all I did was hurt her. I abandoned her. I should have stopped the event of twenty years ago. If I had just been strong enough at the time. What am I thinking? She began to swing her arm down towards Mikasa and Eren. I quickly launched in and held my hand out to shield them. The two looked at me with shock.

"S-She's... No way! How can she be a titan?!" Eren blurted. His arms were still tied back, and he was shifting around trying to get free. A soldier that Eren and Mikasa knew were flying around us, slashing my mother. I pulled her away and threw her to the ground. Eren was screaming at Mikasa saying he was going to kill the titan.

Mother stood back up and kept marching over, but the soldier who was known as Hannes was slashing at her weak spots, causing her to fall over.

I noticed Eren was biting his hands, trying to transform, but it didn't work. He was screaming and biting himself. I noticed Reiner was getting closer. I even noticed Armin was holding the unconscious Jean, fending off titans. I have to help them. I rushed over and quickly slashed away the surrounding titans.
