"How long have you been pregnant?"

That question echoed in my mind. Why do I say? Should I tell him the truth? He'll be mad if he knows I've kept it a secret for so long.

"Uhh..."

"I want the truth, (y/n). No lying. Haven't you lied to me enough?" Levi's words were cold and harsh. But I can't blame him for being upset.

"I found out around... after Historia's coronation..." I murmured, feeling my heart pounding in my chest.

"That long?!" Levi blurted out. My body jumped to his sudden reaction.

"I-I wasn't one hundred percent sure! It was just a suspicion! It wasn't until time went by that it became more obvious..." I muttered, as I looked down at my feet.

"I thought you couldn't get pregnant due to previous injuries?" Levi wondered.

"I thought so too... But apparently it happened..." I murmured.

"Tch, apparently?"

There was a small pause.

"Why didn't you just tell me straight off the bat?"

"I was scared of how you'd react. I know we said that we didn't mind if it happened once all the important stuff was out of the way, but it was right before the expedition to Shiganshina. I didn't want to tell you because I was afraid that you wouldn't let me go. You would make me stay here... I couldn't allow that so I had to keep it from you." I explained.

"You were nearly killed during that mission. It didn't matter whether or not you were pregnant, I didn't want you to be there at all, or have you fight at all." Levi retorted.

"If it makes you feel better, Erwin tried to stop me as well. He wanted me to remain behind but I argued with him and refused." I mentioned.

Levi let out a sigh and rubbed his forehead.

"I already suspected. Weeks ago when you were sick. You're a terrible liar and it was obvious what was going on. I didn't want to believe that you couldn't trust me." Levi said.

I quickly grabbed his face and turned it to face me.

"That's not true! I do trust you! Completely! Believe me, I wish I could've told you! I wanted to tell you for so long but I couldn't find the right time to do it! I hated the fact that you didn't know! And what I hated more is that Erwin had to find out... He questioned me and found out... I didn't want him to find out before you... During the entire mission I was worried that I might not have been able to tell you. Worried that something could've happened to either one of us. The thought terrified me." I cried, as tears were running down my cheeks.

Levi's expression remained still. It was different from his usual expression though. It wasn't cold, but warm. Levi brought his hand to my face and wiped my tears away with his thumb.

"You have a bad habit of getting yourself into trouble. I've lost count to the amount of times I've nearly lost you." Levi pointed out.

For some reason hearing that made me smile. I placed my hand over his and embraced his warm touch.

"I'm sorry for always causing you trouble, but I'm happy to know that I'll always have someone rescue me." I replied, as another tear ran down my face.

Levi then stepped closer and brought me into a tight hug. I couldn't wrap my arms around him due to being trapped against his chest. It was warm and comforting.

"How far along are you?" Levi asked, as he kept me in the hug.

"Maybe three months? I'm not exactly sure." I murmured, as my mouth was pressed against Levi's shoulder.

Levi stepped back and took off his jacket. He draped it over my shoulders and then got on his knees so his face was in front of my stomach.

"What are you doing?" I wondered.

Levi lifted my shirt up exposing my stomach. I haven't paid much attention to it but I can kinda notice my stomach beginning to swell.

"You're already beginning to show?" Levi was surprised.

"I guess so." I replied, feeling embarrassed with my weight gain. Levi then pressed his lips against my stomach.

Seeing him act so kind towards me made me suddenly emotional.

I felt tears breaching from my eyes. I sniffled a little which grabbed Levi's attention.

"What's wrong?" Levi asked, looking up at me, looking confused.

"I just... I'm just so happy to have you!" I cried, as I dropped down and wrapped my arms around Levi's neck. I pressed my cheek against his face and cried.

"Stop it! Stop crying already! You're gonna get snot on me!" Levi blurted, as he tried to push my face away.

"Leviiii!!" I cried, as I tightened my grip on him.

"Cut it out!" Levi yelled

It wasn't long until we went back to our room. Levi forced me to eat and he wasn't going to accept no for an answer this time.

I ate everything that was given to me.

"Levi, how long was I asleep for?" I asked, as I set the tray aside.

"Maybe half a day? I had Hange come by to check on you and she said that there was nothing wrong with you." Levi replied.

"I see. I'm sorry I worried you. I should have told you before I did anything." I answered.

"You weren't speaking either way. It didn't matter. I'm just glad that you didn't erase your memories." Levi mentioned.

"The syrim isn't for wiping memories. It's to contain my powers so I don't get sick. It's only a coincidence that I lose my memories." I pointed out.

"Is that so?"

"Yes. I'll explain everything to you once I'm feeling a bit better." I answered.

"What will make you feel better?" Levi questioned, as he stood up from his chair and sat next to me on the bed.

"Huh? I-I don't know... More rest I guess..." I stuttered, as I felt myself blushing.

Levi leaned his body closer to mine to the point where I was leaning back.

"L-Levi..."

"You owe me big time for making me worry again." Levi spoke, in a serious tone.

"What?!"

Before I could say anything else, Levi pushed me down onto the bed and climbed on top of me.

"Don't expect me to be gentle." Levi spoke.

I gulped and accepted my fate.

(A/N) Shorter than usual but writers block is creeping up on me again and I didn't want to delay this chapter for too long. I'm trying to get it all out.
