And just like that, Dimitri was now living with us. We had arranged his own room and we brought all his belongings from the orphanage. All the other kids were sad to see him go but he promised them that he'd visit them a lot.

Dimitri settled in well. He did his best to keep up to Levi's expectations. It was fun watching them argue about cleaning. Dimitri was definitely not shy to snap back. He even went out of his way to learn how to change diapers. He hated it but he never gave up.

Sohma did return a week after our conversation but I told him that things were complicated right now and that we can't talk with Dimitri around. I told him that I would meet with him within two months' time since I still had my own research to do.

There wasn't a lot left to study, so instead I began to study about my own powers. Ava would visit me more and we'd talk about her powers as well. She was still pretty secretive about what was happening in Marley but honestly, she seemed to afraid to talk about it.

It's been two months since Dimitri started living with us.

Lilliana was now four months old. She was now rolling over all the time and she could hold her head up really well. She couldn't quite sit up on her own yet but she tried. Her attention span was growing so she was becoming more aware of things. She liked chewing of things a lot, which Levi despised. Whenever he holds her she now chews on his fingers leaving a lot of saliva. She laughs a lot with Dimitri around. She won't laugh for anyone else but him.

I was currently hanging up some washing and Dimitri was with me wanting to help. Levi was inside with Lilliana. I think he also attempts to make her laugh but he's never tried with anyone around, not even me.

"Dimitri, I have to go into town tomorrow, so would it be alright if you stay here with Levi?" I asked, as Dimitri handed me a peg.

"No problem. What do you have to do?" Dimitri asked.

"I'm just meeting up with my uncle. I haven't seen him in a long time so we wanted to catch up." I answered.

"What's he like?"

"Oh he's a pretty boring person to be around. He's a scientist so he's always reading some sort of book." I answered.

"So then why are you meeting with him if he's that boring?" Dimitri wondered, tilting his head.

"It's more for work related things." I answered.

"Like what?"

"It's hard to explain." I muttered.

"You can tell me. I'll try to understand." Dimitri insisted.

"Um well... You know how I can turn into a titan?" I asked, feeling a little nervous about the subject.

"Yeah?"

"My uncle is the one who made me into one. Because my titan is so unique, he likes to run tests and all sorts of stuff. And Ava can turn into one as well, so we want to compare each other and see how we're different from each other." I explained.

"Can you turn into a titan right now?" Dimitri asked.

"Eh? Not now..." I muttered.

"But I wanna see! Please!?" Dimitri begged.

"I don't know. You might be scared." I pointed out.

"I won't be scared! Trust me! Please?"

"Maybe some other time." I answered.
