The titan was standing upwards, using the wall to support itself. Its insides were exposed. I'm not sure if it's due to the fact that it's been dragging itself around, or its too big to the point where it can't fully develop.
Suddenly, parts of its organs fell out, falling down the wall. The sight of it made me instantly gag.
People began to panic and run away from the titan, but soldiers were doing their best to make them stay put.
We poured buckets of water on us to keep us from burning up. I saw Levi talking to one of the Captains in charge of the cannons.
We suddenly saw Eren transform. I know I should as well, but right now... it's all up to him.
Sasha positioned the barrel with the ODM.
"Let the attack commence!!!" Erwin bellowed, shooting off a smoke signal. The barrels were fired and shooting towards the titan.
"Take that!" Sasha yelled. The barrels then exploded, sending the titan off balance. It then fell forward with its head landing on top of the wall.
"Eren!" Erwin fired off another smoke signal and Eren came running, holding the net with explosives. He ran up, letting out a roar as he stuffed the net down it's throat.
The barrels suddenly exploded, along with the titan's body. It blew into pieces.
"All troops! Finish it off with ODM gear!" Erwin ordered.
We all jumped off the wall towards the big chunks of flesh. One of these has to be the nape. I saw Historia flying over to one of the largest chunks, slashing it down. That must've been the nape.
I realised we were too far away from the wall to grab onto with our gear, and I'd fall straight down.
"Shit!" I braced myself for the impact. I suddenly felt a pair of arms wrap around me. I looked and saw Levi had a hold of me. He held on tightly as we were falling towards the buildings. Levi shot his wire out and tried to use the building as support, but we were too close to the ground, that we instantly collapsed and rolled a few feet.
I landed on my stomach, coughing from the impact. I turned my head and saw Levi on his back, not moving. I let out a gasp and quickly sat myself up.
"Levi!!" I cried out, as I crawled towards him. I placed my hand on his chest and saw he was unconscious. "Levi! Levi!! Please wake up!! Levi!!" I cried, as tears filled my vision. He wasn't moving. I shook his body and yelled out his name.
I suddenly assumed the worse and began balling my eyes out.
"LEVI!!" I screamed out. I dropped my head onto his chest and sobbed and sobbed whilst squeezing his shirt.
I suddenly heard a few coughs coming from him. I gasped and sat up to look at him. He had a pained expression on his face.
"Quiet down, will ya? I don't wanna go deaf." Levi muttered, as he opened his eyes. A big smile appeared on my face. My tears of sadness instantly turned into tears of happiness.
"Levi! Y-You're okay! I thought... I thought you died!" I cried, as I wiped my eyes.
"Now you know how I feel." Levi muttered, as he sat himself up. I immediately wrapped my arms around him, causing him to fall back down.
"I'm so glad you're okay!" I cried. Levi tightly wrapped his arms around me and sat us both up.
Levi wiped the tears off my face and caressed my cheek. I leaned in and planted my lips over his.
It lasted for what it felt like forever.
"I love you, Levi... I love you with all my heart..." I cried, with a smile on my face.
"I love you so much, too... I'm so glad I have you back... And this time, I'm not letting go." Levi whispered.
"Let's get married." I whispered.
"Yes. We will. I can't wait for you to be mine." Levi whispered, pulling me back in for another passionate kiss.
We heard cheering in the distance and people running around the corner of one of the buildings. We stood up and followed them to see what the commotion was about. We ran over but we couldn't see what the crowd was cheering about, due to our height.
"Dammit... I hate my height sometimes..." I murmured, slouching.
"Quit complaining, as if you have an issue with your height." Levi pointed out. He's got a point there. I noticed even Connie was nearly taller than him.
We weren't going to see anything just standing here, so I had to improvise. I stepped behind him and placed my hands on his shoulders.
"Hey, what are you doing?" Levi asked. I didn't respond, instead I boosted myself upwards above the crowd and I saw Historia standing on a wagon. I saw her lips something, but I couldn't make out what it was. But whatever it was, everyone else liked it since they started cheering.
I guess she's exposed her title. I'm sort of proud of her. She can be open and honest, me on the other hand, I can't admit myself to anyone.
"Get off!" Levi blurted, shaking me off. I jumped down and stepped back. "My back is killing me so go easy." Levi groaned, as he rubbed his shoulder.
"Oh, sorry about that, Levi. Did the fall cause it?" I asked.
"Most likely. Jeez, it's so uncomfortable." Levi muttered, with a pained expression. I felt bad for him. Unlike me, he is unable to heal like me. I should do something to help him, at least help ease the pain.
I stepped forward and grasped his hand. He looked at my hand, then looked at me.
"Come with me, I'll help you feel better." I said. I began leading him away from the crowd.
"Where are we going?" Levi asked.
"You'll find out." I replied, with a remaining smile on my face.
Time Lapse
We all went back to the MP's Headquarters, just until we can go back to Stohess. They gave us quarter of the building for ourselves. I was leading Levi to the room he and I would be staying in. We went inside and locked the door behind us. I let go of Levi's hand and walked around to find the bathroom. I went inside and just my luck, there was a bathtub. Perfect for what I want to do. I checked the draws and there were bath salts, a first aid kit and other chemicals that I could use. Levi then stepped in behind the door.
"What are you doing?" Levi asked.
"Oh hi! Just give me a moment while I set this up." I said, as I grabbed the ingredients.
"Set what up?" Levi wondered, raising one eyebrow.
"Your healing bath!" I cheered.
"What?"
"Healing bath. It will help with your wounds." I replied, as I set everything up on the sink counter.
"What are you going to do?"
"I'm going to alter the water, so the water will help heal your wounds faster and kill the pain." I replied, as I grabbed a bowl and filled it with chemicals.
"Do you even know what you're doing?" Levi questioned, crossing his arms.
"Yes, I do. I used to make them all the time for patients in the Underground. I would have kids come to me after fights and I would run them a hot bath and help make them feel better. And let me tell you, there was a certain girl who used to come to me a lot." I explained.
"You would let strange brats in your house?"
"Yes. Only kids though. A girl named Isabel used to visit me a lot when she was young. I would see her at least three times a week. She was sweet and funny, so I didn't mind. When she got older, she joined a gang, so she would get bruised up more frequently." I explained, as I let the chemicals sit for a moment.
I noticed in the corner of my eye that Levi had an expression of shock.
"Isabel...?"
