(A/N) I'm soooooo sorry I haven't updated in so long! I've been super busy with doctor appointment things and had serious writers block. I still have it, so chapters still might be running slow. But I will try to update a bit more.

We gathered to the meeting and we all stood behind Levi.
"When you become Queen, you can punch that runt in the face." Mikasa whispered to Historia.
People from each of the regiments were gathered in here.
"We've determined the location of Rod Reiss's titan. It's Southwest, approaching Orvud. At this rate, it should reach Orvud district by dawn." A man explained.
"Understood. Commander Erwin, we'd all like to hear what your plan is. How do you plan to evacuate the citizens in time?" Asked a man standing beside him.
                              "We won't evacuate." Erwin replied.
                              "W-What?"
Yeah... What the hell did he just say?!
"We'll have the citizens remain in Orvud district just as they are." Erwin replied. Everyone looked at each other in confusion.
"Are you insane?! What the hell are you thinking, Erwin?! Keep the citizens in the city without evacuating?! By the time it's dawn, the titan will be on top of us!" Squilled the man as he scruffed Erwin by the collar.
"That titan is an abnormal." Hange mentioned.
"What the hell does that even mean?!"
"The target titan is strangely attracted to high concentrations of people. Hence, Abnormal. It means the fellow will turn a blind eye to a small village. Ignoring it in favour of reaching this fortified city. If right now, you were to evacuate the citizens within wall Sina, it would be drawn towards then, destroying the wall and all in its path. In the end, it would reach Mitras, with the greatest density of people... and deliver a devastating blow to humanity. On our way back, we attempted to use Eren Yeager's power to control the titans, but... Rod Reiss's titan showed no reaction. We even tried (y/n)'s and it only remained still for thirty seconds max. It is still not enough." Hange explained.
Even I'm stumped. How the hell are we going to take down that large titan? Come on Hange, Erwin... Think of something.
"If we stop that titan, we must do so outside the walls of Orvud district. For that to happen, we must have the citizens act as bait. However, this does not change the fact that our first duty as soldiers is the protect the citizens. Supposing we aren't able to halt the target, we'll take measures so not a single citizen is killed. We'll announce an emergency evacuation drill for Orvud district, so that if needed, the citizens will be ready to evacuate at once." Erwin explained.
The man stepped back and furrowed his brow as sweat ran down his forehead.
"It seems there's no other choice..." He muttered.
"The body of our target is the largest we've seen. As such, it presents as an easy target. Wall-mounted cannons should prove highly effective, but... If that's not enough to bring it down... The scout regiment will throw everything we have at it." Erwin explained, looking over towards Eren and myself. Then, everyone drew their eyes towards us.
Not gonna lie, it was making me a little uncomfortable. I clenched my fists and looked away. Eren had an uneasy expression as well, but he knew what he had to do. And I know as well.
                              Time lapse~
That morning, we set the cannons ready and everything else along with it. We stood on top of the wall, overlooking in the direction of the titan. He was so close that we were pretty much looking up at him. But due to his distance, we still have a bit of an advantage. The titan steam was arising, and I could nearly feel the heat of it from here. Although, that could just be my stress getting to me.
