Zeke and I were playing in our father's study, when we heard he and mother talking about soldiers.
"We'll turn Zeke and (y/n) into Warriors, then when they come to age, they will go to Paradis." I heard father mention.
"I only agreed that Zeke becomes a Warrior, I will not let you turn OUR daughter into one! We made a deal, Grisha." I heard mother argue.
"What are they talking about?" I asked in a small voice.
"I'm not sure." Zeke replied.
"Mama sounds mad." I murmured.
"She does. Father doesn't sound any happier." Zeke pointed out.
"We agreed that (y/n) would grow up as a normal human girl. We are not turning her into a warrior!"

Flashback over~
I woke up in a flash from the sound of footsteps outside the room. I sat up, breathing slightly heavily. I wiped my eyes and ran my fingers through my messy hair. I noticed my eyes were wet.
"Eh? I'm crying? But... why?" I questioned myself. I looked over and noticed Levi was absent. Come on, why didn't he wake me up when he did? I looked down and remembered my dream.
"Zeke..." I murmured.
I jumped out of bed and quickly got changed into my uniform. I brushed my hair behind my shoulders and grabbed my small suitcase.
Today's the day of the operation with the new Levi squad.
Later we were all saddled on our horses and went through a small forest to our destination. Hange and her squad was accompanying us since we weren't sure where the location was. It was still early so the daylight hadn't hit yet. I was still feeling sleepy from last night.
I rode behind Levi, and the others rode behind me, whilst Hange and her squad were leading the way. I had my head down whilst riding.
What was that dream about? Why did I have it? And why now? Is it a sign? What is it?
Zeke is most likely dead. I'm sorry that I wasn't there with you. But, I'm sure you'd be happy as long as I'm alive and well.
At the exact moment, I felt a sharp flick on my forehead.
"Ouch!" I cried, covering it up. I noticed Levi was riding beside me.
"What's wrong, brat?" Levi questioned.
"N-Nothing, did you have to do that?" I asked, as I still felt the stinging sensation.
"You were about to walk into a tree." Levi responded. I blushed and looked forward, brushing off what Levi said.
I sped my horse up and rode besides Hange. She noticed me, and a grin appeared on her face.
"Why hello, my dear (y/n). How are you?" She asked.
"I'm fine. How about you?" I asked.
"I'm great! I'm so excited, I'll be able to conduct more experiments! Will you help me?" Hange asked, as her face flushed red from excitement.
"U-Um... Well, maybe, we'll see." I murmured, looking away.
To be honest, I don't want to transform again. I feel more vulnerable to the voices inside my head, and I have less control of myself. And from what I was told, my titan form had steel hard and my nape was indestructible, so if I went rogue, there won't be anything anyone can do to stop me. I don't wanna take the risk.
"How long until we arrive?" I question as I quickly changed the subject.
"Ooh, very close actually." Hange replied. I nodded my head and remained silent.
Eventually we arrived, and it was a decent size cabin surrounded by trees. A good hiding spot indeed. Everyone dismounted their horses and made our way inside.
Levi was the first to open the door and immediately his expression twisted into disgust.
"I see dust everywhere; this place is disgusting." Levi cursed, as he walked further in. The place was sure dusty, bet it hasn't been touched in years. This must be hell for Captain clean freak. Levi turned to face us all.
"Hange and I will return to Trost for a meeting with Erwin, in the meantime, all of you get this place cleaned up. I want it spotless before I get back. (y/n)'s in charge until then." Levi ordered.
"Yes sir." The squad replied, with reluctant expressions. Eren and I know first hand how strict Levi is when it comes to tidiness, if this place isn't clean, we're dead meat.
And with that, Levi left us. Everyone stood silent, and it was quite awkward. I decided to break the silence.
"Ah-hem, you heard the man, start cleaning." I ordered. Man, to think I could sound like leader, everyone is looking at me funny. "W-Well, I have some work that needs to be done, I'll come to check up with you shortly." I mentioned, as I walked down the hallway of the place.
The rest of the house is dusty too...
"This place is disgusting. Don't you ever clean!?"
"In my defence, this place has been empty for a few months..."
"The dust isn't all. There's paper all over the floor!"
"I'll clean it up! I promise! I'm sorry!"
Heh, I remember how he scolded me when we went to my house. Doesn't matter how I'm seen to him, when it comes to mess, he treats everyone the same. And that's why I love him. He doesn't treat me differently from others, he treats me as an equal, and I love it.
I walked into a small room.
"Hm, I guess this will do for now." I murmured, as I sat my bag down on a chair. I opened my suitcase up and grabbed father's journal. What else can I do with this? All I've been doing is rereading things, causing me to grow frustrated.
There's information I knew that I was never told, nor was it written down. So, what is it caused by?
"She seemed to be remembering things that she never experienced, clearly remembering someone else's memories."
How is that possible? Whose memories are these? Has it got something to do with titan shifters? Why is this happening?
I opened the journal and flicked through the pages to see if I overlooked something.
