The moment Deena saw Sam move from the bathroom and towards Caleb, she screamed for her to stop.
Deena fell to the ground the moment she heard the gun shot, it was all happening so fast she didn't know where the gun shot at, she closed her eyes for a second as she hit the ground.
She opened them to find Sam on the ground near Caleb. He was knocked back into the floor, and the gun slid down the hallway behind him, and she saw the teacher that was standing behind Caleb go after it.
"Sam!" Deena screamed as she ran to Sam, she was on her side holding her stomach.
Sam saw in Caleb's eyes that he wanted to shoot Deena, that was his plan all along and Sam couldn't just stand there. Not when it was Deena. Never when it was Deena.
Deena pressed down on where Sam was shot, trying to hold pressure to stop the blood. "Sam! Sam look at me, don't close your eyes."
Sam turned on to her back, her hands with Deena's pressing the wound on her stomach.
"Help!" Deena screamed. She saw the teacher had the gun and was holding on toCaleb.
"Please! Someone help! She's been shot!" Deena kept screaming, she was crying as she looked down at Sam.
People came rushing down the hallway towards the scene. Some came to Sam and Deena and others went to Caleb and the teacher.
"They're calling the ambulance, they're coming, Sam stay with us." One of the teachers Sam and Deena had together said as she helped Deena apply pressure.
"Sam, I'm so sorry, Sam please stay with us. Sam I love you," Deena cried as she saw the pained look on Sam's face as she closed her eyes.
