nerves. oh god, the nerves.
it could crawl up your spine and attach itself to each and every individual piece of hair on your scalp.
and that's exactly what jisung was feeling.
of course everyone was feeling that. even felix was nervous, and it showed in the way he would keep trying to shake the nerves from his hands each time he took a second break from applying makeup to jisung's face.
which was going great, by the way.
the feeling of soft brushes and felix's tiny finger against his face helped provide something for jisung to focus on.
and after a few minutes, his face was done.
"there! all done and cute!" felix gave a wide smile, his perfect white teeth happily on display as he looked over his work.
a little black eyeshadow close to jisung's lash line, a little bit of a flush pink tone underneath and fluffed out, as well as a bit of pink blush to bring some color to his face.
it completely matched the entire soft outfit that felix had picked out. and not to mention the pinkish-red lip balm felix so expertly applied to jisung's lips.
"ooo you look so kissable sung." of course felix would make that joke, laughing lightly at the way jisung's face flushed, up and how he quickly snatched the mirror from the australian's hand to see himself- ignoring his comment.
his eyes went wide at his reflection. because damn he looked actually really pretty.
felix was right, a little bit of makeup could really boost his confidence. jisung realized that he now didn't have to worry so much about his face appearing ugly at the very least.
"thank you lix! your skills are actually really getting better!" he smiled, causing felix to blush at the praise and lightly slap his arm.
"oh stop it you. but doing your makeup actually calmed me down too." he admitted, going to look at his phone to check the time. "we should start leaving now though."
the two of them took two deep breaths, before sighing and linking arms.
right before they left, jisung decided it would be nice to write a little note to his roommate to wish him luck on his first class that he had later today.
felix looked over at the boy, who had stayed in the same sleeping position since he got there. he raised an eyebrow as jisung scribbled with his free hand on the paper. "you sure he's not dead?" he questioned, making jisung snort.
"nah, he's just a heavy sleeper." jisung picked up the sticky note and stuck it in the middle of the coffee machine. he knew his roommate was most likely gonna make butterscotch coffee again.
he shivered at the thought of the smell flooding his home.
"i don't think i've ever heard him speak before." felix realized.
"yeah, i barely ever do."
"what's his name?"
"that is a great question."
"you're a terrible roommate." felix deadpanned.
"he barely ever talks! i forgot it!" jisung whined, slapping a blank sticky note to felix's forehead to shield himself from his judgement.
"let's just go before we end up late."
~~~
the college campus was huge.
massive, even.
jisung and felix both gulped once they got there, eyes scanning all the buildings and all the people who were rushing to their classes. "uh.. so. we got this." felix muttered, poorly masking how intimidated he felt.
