two days have passed, and it was finally wednesday.
the dorm room had been extra deep cleaned. jisung had went straight home after class to scrub all the surfaces and to put everything into its place, making sure his new roommate wouldn't be uncomfy on their first day here.
given the circumstances, jisung assumed that they were going to be a boy. it wouldn't be normal for the school to pair a boy and a girl together he assumed.
not like it even mattered because jisung has had feelings for boys before, so in his eyes he cheated the system. despite all this though- he felt slightly nervous as to whether or not this new person would even like him.
he hoped to make a good first impression.
he sat nervously on his bed, glancing over at the time. it was about fifteen minutes before his roommate would show up.
jisung got up a final time to quickly look at himself in the mirror. he made sure to look extra nice today. whenever he looked nice, he felt nice.
his hair was getting longer, but it was prettily rested on his head. he wore a designed big sweater with light tan boyfriend jeans and brown converse. overall his outfit went well together and he was happy.
he fixed his hair out of his eyes before going to sit back down on his bed; looking over at the door as he nibbled his bottom lip.
more than nervous, jisung was actually excited. he would finally not have to be alone anymore, so he smiled to himself and bounced a bit before even realizing that the time for his new roommate to appear was here.
he glanced over at the time, eyes lighting up at the numbers displaying.
and right on time, he hears the two light knocks on the door signaling that this person was here.
jisung shot up, quickly going to the table to take the spare key he had for the dorm in preparation to give it to his new roommate.
his eyes shone as he made his way over to the door, smiling politely as his hand unlocked it and twisted the knob.
the moment he pulled it open, his words came out to spew a mini welcoming speech. "hello! i'm han jisung! welcome, please come in and let me help you unpack-"
the words died in his throat.
the moment he locked eyes with this supposed to be stranger, it processed right then and there that they were no stranger.
jisung felt his breath stop as he stared in front of him.
minho blinked back at him.
there the older was, standing sand staring straight back at jisung with wide eyes and a look of pure disbelief with his bags on the ground and one slung over his shoulder.
he was wearing a black hoodie, his hair looking a little more styled that usual with a bobby-pin holding a piece of it to the side to keep it out of his face.
his eyes were as big as ever, especially now given the shocking, taunting circumstance- eyelashes long and dark. his mouth was agape as he stood there in an attempt to process.
looking at minho was like staring out a window and witnessing a car crash. seeing the glass shards pelt against the pane and feeling the rush of absolute dread run down to your toes.
maybe a little dramatic, but it was honest.
jisung felt the color drain from his face.
"you.. gotta be fucking kidding me." minho was the first to speak, his wide eyes processing into anger and narrowing at the blonde in front of him. "you?"
