it was accidental.

jisung swore it was accidental.

he didn't know how the hell he was stuck in his current situation- but he swore it was purely on accident.

minho had fallen asleep quite earlier than usual, it being the third day living with each other again while they waited for the inspection.

there wasn't any sign of another message, which grew to be annoying because why couldn't they just give a heads up instead of leaving their students in the dark? this only grew the suspicion that this was definitely for a drug and alcohol search to catch everyone off guard.

anyway, minho was laying on his side in bed, blankets over him and masking part of his face. he was completely knocked out, taking steady inhales and exhales as he slept.

he was like this when jisung came home from the library.

the blonde looked over briefly and saw that he was sleeping. nothing out of the ordinary.

this was the first time he'd ever seen minho sleep. usually he'd fall asleep first and minho was always the one to wake up earlier than jisung, so it was a little strange to see him so still and rested. he wasn't complaining though. not in the slightest.

jisung walked in fully, balancing the plastic bags of food he got from the convenience store on one arm and his school bag on the other. he shut the door with his foot, sighing once he placed the bags down on the table to catch his breath.

he was very tired. walking made his limbs feel like they weighed a million pounds. but he was finally going to be able to sleep in just a mere couple seconds.

rubbing his face, he walked into the bathroom to take his makeup off and comb through his hair. he turned on the light and washed his face, making sure to get rid of the shadow on his eyes, scrubbing way harder than he probably should.

afterwards, he brushed his teeth and shut off the light, stretching and begging to fall asleep. he yawned, rubbing his eyes again before making his way to his bed.

the moment his hand touched the comforter to lift it up, there was a text message notification that came from the other side of the room. jisung paused, turning around to see if he could see where it came from on pure instinct, seeing the phone light up somewhere next to minho on his bed.

it was light for a few seconds, before ultimately dimming and turning off.

was he sleeping with his phone in his bed?

jisung let go of his comforter, momentarily waiting again for the phone to light up to confirm what he thought he just saw. sure enough, another text was sent with a ding- and jisung could see exactly where the phone was going off.

it looked like it was right beside minho's pillow where he laid his head.

jisung felt a loud voice in his brain scream at him to fix that- because ever since he was younger he had the irrational fear of phone and remote radiation harming him while he slept.

for as long as he could remember, he would purposely put his phone to charge away from his pillow- away from his head or body. he barely ever liked to put his phone in his pant pockets due to this fear.

he knew a handful of other people who would do the same, because having electromagnetic radiation constantly on you was not okay.

jisung had a mental battle with himself to put the phone somewhere else or just leave it.

part of him truly did not care simply due to the fact that it was minho of all people and he wouldn't like him touching his stuff anyway- but the other half couldn't stand letting anybody sleep with their phone so close to their head.
