Has a few months went by, Sandra was forced to place her daughter past the start of the school year, where Sandra was on edge given the covid out break was still in the air and she thought Diego and her agreed Emily didn't need to go has of yet. Sandra however placed Emily in, to then have also able to get a job, it was very low in pay and it was a cleaning job, bit it was something Sandras lawyer and his paralegals said would look good through court, after reading and how Diego was acting and all the horrible stories her daughters had been telling her, Sandra believed it was best for her to fight for sole custody and work something out with Diego so he would be able to see the girls every day if he wanted to, however that was not enough for him, he wanted sole custody and he hated the fact he had to pay 1,025 for child support, which needed to be given Sandra lived in an expensive home he placed her and her father in with the girls and he did maybe more money, unfortunately Sandra did have to enforce the child support given Diego for two months was not paying it, which he tried to get Sandra to sign a piece of paper, which he lied about, that would have him stop paying all together other then his lie his job just wouldn't know about it, Sandra told her lawyer to tell his lawyer and everything seemed to work out, Sandra really didn't like his lawyer, she didn't go with the law but whatever she wanted to do, Sandra was happy she had her lawyer but had to give him more money which came out of her father's inheritance he got from his dad which made Sandra really upset, that money shouldn't have gone for this but Sandras Dad did not what Diego to have his grand children after all the lies he said about his daughter and himself, Diego was telling the court her father and mother would be smoking cigarettes with girls around which was untrue, with all the lying and such, Diego's lawyer wanted a gal to be placed to there case and he agreed to pay for it.
Sandra was worried has she knew what he was going to do, which was play a part, Sandra a few weeks back got a form to fill out.
Going to her lawyers office awhile ago, she was hoping for him to prep her about the gal interview but he did nothing, the paralegals just told Sandra to not talk about the abuse, talk solely about the girls, and be careful with the gal.
Sandra was confused, she didn't understand why she shouldn't talk about the abuse, there were times even the girls had seen it, however the paralegals told Sandra without eye witnesses and concrete evidence she shouldn't.
Come the gal date, Sandra was overally nervous, she didn't know the lies Diego and his family would say about her and her family and she knew a gal could possibly take her kids away, which would destroy Sandra's soul.
The day of, Sandra was taking in deep breathes to overly clean has when she was stressed thats what she did and talked to her dad who tried to help her settle.
Knocking to the door, Sandra took in a deep breathe to then answer the door to eye over the slightly over age gal, to welcome her on for the gal to want to go upstairs to interview Sandra, Sandra nodded to welcome her in again, to go to the living room to ask her father if he could watch the girls, he agreed for them to go upstairs.
Sandras heart was thumping and hard in her chest has she sat to the bed and the gal sat to a chair, they went through pleasantries to then go right into business, she asked how the girls were, how they were handling things and so forth, unfortunately Sandra couldn't really concentrate has the girls went upstairs to knock on the door, Emily was very curious and she wanted to know what was going on and they both wanted there mother, the gal was not happy they couldn't conduct this interview in peace, Sandra had to open the door to then take Sarah down on her hip to talk to her father again to talk to her eldest to then go back upstairs.
"I'm so sorry about that."
"It's fine. Now we need to talk about a few more things."
Sandra nodded to go back to sit down to the bed to be nervous, she wanted to tell this gal everything, all the abuse, he's lies etc, but Sandra kept silent to be careful.
She then handed the gal text messages and things that showed Diego's abuse and so forth for her to take it, the gal didn't like how Sandra gave consequences and used her hands to show what it can do to the children's brain.
Sandra watched to nod.
They talked for a bit more for Sandra to then leave to have her father go up to talk to her, to take Emily with her to her hip has Emily was to the door to listen, Sandra then started on lunch to be worrying a lot, she went through the questions and everything that happened to then see her father and this woman come down for Sandra to have taken the lunches to the table for the girls to eat for her to go to them to talk, she then asked if they could show her there room, Sandra did ask if she wanted her to do it, but the gal said no and gave Sandra a look, Sandra watched the gal go upstairs with her kids to then eye forward to roll her eyes. The gal was giving her some attitude.
Sandra was left alone with her thoughts, however before she could dwell the gal came down to talk a bit more for Emily to then have to go to her school online has covid was early on, for the gal to leave, for Sandra to have let get out to hang her head to sign to grit her teeth.
Sandra felt so very worried.
