A few days passed after what happened with Diego, Sandra made sure to stay away from him and her older sister even came over to take pictures of the vase of flowers that was to the step in the garage that Diego never bothered to clean, Sandra was worried if her girls went in there they could cut there feet but Diego didn't seem to care.
At this point every one kept away from Diego and didn't talk to him and Sandra kept the girls away has much has possible, she then video recorded times when she went upstairs to get away from this drama, has her lawyer told her to do has he didn't want her to get hurt, he also told her to video record so they could have the evidence on how he treated the girls which he would yell.
The lawyer was also working on gathering a restraining order after what Diego did, to get him out of the house, Sandra knew there was no living with him after this, they could not share the home and go through a divorce at the same time, this made Sandra sad has she didn't want this to happen but Diego gave her no other choice, she needed to protect herself and her children.
Has a few more days passed, Sandra had gotten up early to be with her older sister to be to the car to be waiting on hold for her day in court via online given covid was just at it's start and there was no in person at that moment.
Sandra kept watching that she was on hold to be very nervous, she didn't know what was going to happen, she just wanted everything to go good, she wasn't trying to get any one upset, she wasn't trying to make any one mad, she just wanted things to go better for herself and her girls has this divorce was getting worse.
Sandra and her sister waited in the car but nothing happened, they were in the waiting room even after things were supposed to start, Sandra started to freak out worse has she needed to be there.
After some time, Sandra and her sister looked up to see Diego from down the way, get in his car to drive away fast for the two to then look at the other for Sandra to get out of the car to call her lawyer has she didn't know what was going on.
"Hello?"
"Okay I wasn't able to log in, my sister is here with me so I can tell you I was trying, what is going on? My ex just drove down and fast and....."
"I was able to get you your restraining order, your ex has three days to vacate."
Sandra's eyes widened to then look to her sister who got out to eye over her.
"Sandra?"
"Okay. Um.... What else?"
"That's all for now. He will not be able to contact you.'
"Can he..... Still contact the children?"
"Yes he can."
"Okay."
"I have to go will talk soon.'
Sandra then placed her phone away to eye down not really happy with this for her sister to eye over.
"Sandra what is going on?"
"The restraining order went through. Diego has about 3 days to get what he needs and leave."
"That's a good thing Sandra, think you two living under the same roof is bad. Especially after he threw a vase at you."
"I know but..... What do I tell the children,?"
"I think you should wait until he actually really leaves the home before you do that."
Sandra nodded to then eye up.
"Could you stay with me for awhile? Mom Had things to do so she's not here."
"Yes I can."
Sandra and her sister got back into the car to then go back to the house for Sandra to go in to feel a lot of intense anger to find her children with there grandfather has Diego did not seem to care about them and left in such a fashion.
Sandra and her sister stayed to the living room to talk amongst themselves has the children played for Diego to then return to slam the door to quickly go upstairs, Sandra looked to her sister with a face for them both to start to hear noises coming from that room.
"Wonder what he is doing."
"I honestly don't know, were just all going to stay down here. Just leave him be."
Sandra nodded for them to talk more for her sister to eventually leave, Sandra talked to her father and was happy he was in better health, he stayed by Sandra to not leave her alone with Diego who stayed mostly to his room, Sandra did keep feeding him. The two didn't talk and he spent time with the girls to keep playing a very sad song.
Sandra felt awful for this, this is not what she wanted to happen in her life, she wanted a two person household, she wanted to be married, to have the children have there mother and father but living with Diego was just not something they could happen he was also not able to change at all.
That night, Sandra blew up the air mattress to have the girls sleep down stairs with her has she didn't want them to sleep in his room has she knew he needed some time to himself, she just didn't want to make matters worse for any one.
Laying down, Sandra was to her side to have her hand to her head to look down at her angles to feel very much guilty, this really was not what did wanted, but she knew of she kept being with Diego he was going to hurt her, he was going to keep hurting her children, his anger and control issues were the problem and he wouldn't get any help, Sandra knew this was the right thing to do for them, they needed to be in a safe environment and there father being here that was not going to happen. Sandra also felt sorry for what she was putting Diego through, even though he did worse damage to her, he was her first love, first real relationship, first person she had sex with and first person she married, Sandra wanted to grow old with him have many children however she knew if she stayed abuse would have been worse, however what was going to happen down the line, she would have stayed in this abusive relationship, only if she knew.
