Sebastian and Rachel One Shots (Smytheberry)

127. Sweet True Love

Sebastian was freaking out because he was on his way to ask Rachel to marry to him, well more specifically he was asking her dads for permission to ask Rachel for her hand while going to meet them for dinner. He had all the courage from the Warblers who gave him pep talks about it. But it was all lost when he messaged Hiram and Leroy and they said he had to break up with her. Sebastian was really confused when both Hiram and Leroy said no. Rachel and Sebastian had met when they were kids, and had been together since they were 8. They were each other's first kiss and each other's first time. 

They had only broken up because of Sebastian going back to France for a year because of his grandpere dying. So when Sebastian read Hiram and Leroy saying no, it confused him a lot, especially since Hiram and Leroy had always loved and treated him as family. Sebastian's parents Odette and Charles are best friends with Rachel's parents, and they always have Friday night dinners together. It was in fact Sebastian's parents that convinced Hiram and Leroy to send Rachel to Crawford, when Sebastian came back to Ohio so she and Sebastian weren't apart.

When Sebastian saw Finn's name and that they liked him even though Finn forgot Rachel's birthday, and forgot that she was vegan and didn't eat meat, and everything else. He just sighed as he never understood why Rachel was with Finn when he had gone back to France for the year, even though she tells him multiple times that Finn was only a distraction for her while she waited for him to come back to her, Rachel even tells him that she and Finn went no further than kissing, that it was still only Sebastian himself that has only ever touched her. Rachel even said no Finn's proposal, because her heart belonged to Sebastian and Sebastian only.

Sebastian remembers the day he saw Rachel again after being in France.

*Flashback to when Sebastian first arrived back in Ohio and walked in the Lima Bean with Blaine*

Rachel was standing in line waiting for latte when Sebastian had walked in the Lima Bean with Blaine. As she received her Latte and turned around, Rachel had saw Sebastian once again. She was shocked, that she had dropped her latte on the ground and ran up to him, and kissed him all over his face, which did confuse Blaine and the other Warblers a lot because Rachel never does that, not even to Finn. 

Sebastian just laughed as he caught her, squeezing her tight as everyone looks because they didn't know how they knew each other. Rachel hugged him tight and never letting him go. Rachel even cuddled into him, when Sebastian had put her down and lead her to the Warbler table and sat her on his lap, where they explained how they knew each other. Rachel smiled as she spoke

"Sebby and I have known each other since we were kids, we grew up together. Our parents are best friends." Sebastian kissed Rachel's temple, and said to their Dalton friends

"But Broadway and I have been dating since we were 8. But we broke up when I had to go to France for a year because of my family, and now I'm back for good, and not letting but Pretty Girl go."  Their Dalton friends especially Blaine, Jeff  and Trent gushed at the story and thought it was really cute. Sebastian pulled Rachel close to him and protectively wrapped his arms around when they had saw Finn, Santana and Kurt walk over to the Warbler table.

Of course Finn was angry that Rachel was cuddled up to a Warbler, and demanded to know what she thinks she is doing. Rachel just looked at Finn and said

"It's none of their business especially yours Finn." It was then Kurt realised who it was that Rachel was cuddled up with. Kurt smiled as looked at him and Rachel, and realised that it was THE Sebastian that he had heard so much about from Rachel. Kurt then grabbed Finn and Santana by their hands and left, leaving Rachel be with her soulmate.

Kurt did think Rachel had made up this mysterious man, because Rachel always described him like a Greek God. Rachel just never showed any pictures because her Sebby was special to her, and he was the only one to ever make her feel beautiful and sexy. Rachel would keep a picture of Sebastian in her locker, but she never showed anyone not even Kurt or Blaine. Rachel was grateful that Kurt took them away leaving her be, and leaving her and Sebastian be, and together before spending the night with him in his dorm shutting the world out and being together finally.

*Flashback ends*

 Sebastian always smiles as he remembers that day, because that was the day he and Rachel got back together and was even happy that Rachel's best friend even approved of him for her. As Sebastian walked up the garden path to Rachel's place, he breathed a sigh of relief when he read that Hiram and Leroy were messing with him, and that they did approve of him and gave him their blessing and even suggested using her grandmother's wedding ring and do the asking tonight. Sebastian smiled brightly at the wedding ring and knew that it had to go to Rachel.

Sebastian accepted the ring from Hiram and Leroy upon his arrival, and later through the night, Sebastian took Rachel by the hand and lead her to her dad's performing area where they cuddled up watching Rachel's favourite musical movie with her idol Barbra Streisand Funny Girl, and it was when Don't Rain on My Parade started that Sebastian found courage, took out the ring Hiram and Leroy gave him from his pocket and then said

"Marry me Pretty Girl?" Rachel was shocked and surprised. She looked at the ring and then kissed attacked Sebastian and kissed him all over his face like she had done when he first came back to her and said

"Of Course I will Sebby. You're the only man I want to marry." Sebastian placed the ring on Rachel's finger, and cuddled her as they kissed and continued watching Funny Girl and all of Rachel's Barbra Streisand movies was happy that the girl he had been in love with since before he knew what love was, and was even thinking and planning to marry when he was 15, was finally going to marry him and was finally going to plan a future together.
