110. Skylar the meddler

Skylar was in line at the Lima bean, messaging Marley about her coffee order when he heard

"if you wanted to see me naked broadway all you had to do was ask." He looked up from his phone and saw his older brother Sebastian sat across and talking to Marley's older sister Rachel who he has met before with wanting to get Rachel's approval for being with her sister. He watched the scene as he sees Rachel roll her eyes and say

"god you're so full of yourself." Skylar walked up to the counter as Sebastian smirked at Rachel and said

"yeah but you like me anyway." Rachel rolled her eyes at him, stood up and said

"Never in a million years Sebastian." Sebastian winked at her and said

"I'll bet you've thought about me naked" Rachel folded her arms and said

"please as if!" Rachel then walked away from him annoyed and frustrated with Sebastian, as Skylar then watched Sebastian watching Rachel leave, and walked over to him and said

"You wanna tell me what that was about?" Sebastian looked at him and said

"Don't worry bro." Skylar has always know that his older brother is in love with Rachel. Skylar looked down and then at Sebastian and said

"I know you love her Sebastian." Sebastian was worried, shocked and wondered how his younger brother knew, and he said

"I don't love her Skylar. She's from the rival team, the older sister of your girlfriend." Skylar rolled her eyes and said

"You can't lie to me, I know you love her. And I honestly think she loves you too." Sebastian shook his head and said

"Rachel Berry will never love me." Skylar gave him a really look and said

"That's where you are wrong brother. You got to show her you're an option, otherwise she's going to go back to her ex, and keep wondering if you love her back, while she knows safe because of Finn instead of risking and chasing her heart to you." Sebastian stayed silent letting Skylar's words sink in and said

"But how do I show her that I'm a option, when she and I always have a confrontation, that leads to an argument." Skylar smirked at Sebastian and said

"Leave it with me big brother and trust me." Skylar then walked away and out of the Lima bean to meet up with Marley at McKinley. When Skylar reaches McKinley, he walked over to Marley and Rachel, and wrapped his arms around her and showed her the coffee which made Rachel leave them and he said

"Sorry I took so long, I was talking to my brother." Skylar spun her around, and kissed her temple as Marley accepted the coffee and said

"You're so sweet Sky, I can't wait for our date at breadstixs tonight." Skylar smiled at her and said

"Neither can I, and I also know you're nervous because it's our first date since you've come out of the hospital from being brave in recovery." Marley looked at Skylar and said

"I'm sorry so nervous about it Sky." Skylar hugged her and said

"Don't apologise, it's not your fault, and if you are worried I can make you less nervous and make sure you're comfortable on our date." Marley sighed contently in his arms and curiously said

"How?" Skylar then looked over at Rachel talking to Finn, and then said

"We'll invite your sister, and I can ask someone I know to come along to, so she isn't third wheeling, and don't worry it won't be Finn, it will be a warbler." Marley looked at him and said

"Are you sure Sky?" Skylar smiled sweetly at her and said

"I am, and I want to make sure you're comfortable and I know having you're sister with you will make you more comfortable." Marley smiled and kissed him as the bell rang, and said

"Thank you, and I'll see you later, and I'll ask Rachel in glee." Skylar hugged her and then left to go back to Dalton. Skylar walked into dalton and walked to Sebastian's dorm, he leaned on the door framed, smiled at Sebastian and said

"Am I the best little brother or what Sebastian Charles?" Sebastian looked at him and said

"What are you talking about?" Skylar smirked at him and said

"You have a date with Rachel tonight." Sebastian looked at him curiously and said

"What do you mean Skylar Gregory and why must you meddle?" Skylar walked in and said

"You are coming on a double date to Breadstixs with me and Marley tonight, where Rachel is your date, all Marley is doing is asking Rachel to come along, and told her that I will bring a long a warbler. Warbler meaning you and someone had to and what better than your little brother. Thank me later big brother." Skylar then walked out walking to class leaving Sebastian to think about the date with Rachel.

Later that night Marley smiled at Rachel as they finished getting ready and she said

"Thank you for doing this Rachel, really, I'm really nervous as it's my first date after being in recovery for my bulimia and like I said I don't know who Skylar is bringing a long too, but all he said was that he was bringing another warbler with him." Rachel was nervous and said

"It's okay, but I trust Skylar's judgement for this, and if this double date makes you feel comfortable, then okay and you have nothing to be nervous about because Skylar loves you no matter what, and he's organised this double date so you're comfortable and comfortable with eating, and he knows that having your big sister on the date will make you comfortable." Marley gave her an encouraging smile when they heard the door. They linked arms and when they answered it, Rachel was surprised and shock to see Sebastian standing with Skylar and stuttered

"S-Sebastian w-what what are you doing here?" Sebastian looked at Skylar and said

"Can you give us a minute?" Skylar nodded, took Marley by the hand and lead her to the car. Sebastian looked at Rachel and said

"I know I haven't been the nicest, by I want you to keep an open mind of me, and let you decide what you think of me. And if you still don't want me, then I'm going to remember tonight. No games. My feelings for you are real Broadway." Rachel was shocked, and she was intrigued at what the night with Sebastian would be like, and she said

"Okay." Sebastian was thrilled and lead Rachel to the car, and proceeded to breadstixs. Where Rachel saw a different side to Sebastian, and wondered if the Sebastian she is seeing is the real Sebastian, and felt really special knowing that she gets to see this side of him, and smiled knowing that Marley was also comfortable eating around him too.

By the end of the night, after Skylar walked Marley to the door, Sebastian and Rachel sat in comfortable silent, and Rachel done something that she surprised herself. Rachel unbuckled her seat belt leaned over and kissed Sebastian, and when they pulled apart, Rachel smiled and said

"My feelings for you are real too Sebastian."
